I just found my new favorite local pub. Had steak tips last night. They are FANTASTIC! Unlike so many other establishments in the area, the steak tips here are not overly marinated, overly sweet, or overly chewy. The marinade is light and definitely not overbearing. Excellent flavor. Great seasoned fries, also.
