Midway home, so it was time for a break for coffee mocha and baked snack. It was easy to find and easy to continue on our trip home.

I wish I could give 0 star, but it wouldn’t allowed me to do so. It’s disappointing how a generally good company like Starbucks can have employees who provide such poor customer service. One of the employees messed up my mobile order, so I politely asked another staff member if they could remake my drink. She agreed and passed the task to another employee, Lizzie. As I stood in front of her while she was making it, her attitude was extremely rude—she rolled her eyes, spilled milk all over the cup, and handed it to me without even wiping it down. My cup was a mess, and so were my hands. I was really disappointed because the mistake wasn’t mine, and I had asked nicely for a remake. On top of that, I had to wait nearly 10 minutes, which made me a few minutes late to the hospital

Baristas are usually nice, but consistently make orders incorrectly. I've been getting starbucks coffee daily for many years, and lately, getting your drink made as ordered is shocking. I've gotten coffees with the wrong types of milk, no coffee, no caramel (in a caramel macchiatto), no vanilla, and/or with the wrong flavors added. I generally avoid this place.

Disappointing and Unprofessional
This Starbucks location completely fails to uphold the standards of the brand. After getting my simple two-coffee order wrong twice at the drive-thru, the staff member pressured me for a tip by forcing me to hold the payment terminal instead of allowing touchless Apple Pay. Tipping should reflect excellent service, not be coerced after repeated mistakes. Why would I reward such poor service?

The entire experience felt like a cheap corner coffee shop rather than the premium service Starbucks is supposed to provide. For what I paid here, I could have gone somewhere else, spent much less, and probably received better service. The lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and basic courtesy was unacceptable.

Would give zero stars if possible. Slowest Starbucks and always getting drink wrong. Ordered ahead giving myself 15 minutes before arrival. Still waited 15 minutes at an empty store and bugged them twice about making it,

Don't go to this starbucks. Maybe it's worth it if you have the app and do the order over the app, but they have six people behind the counter and every single one is working on app orders. No one takes the counter orders.

Today all I wanted was a pike place regular coffee with cream. The coffee was weak (tasted like tea), and for some reason they add the cream (they don't let you do it) and it was over filled and pretty much all cream and no actual coffee. I asked for another cup, and they gave me ... the EXACT same thing even after they said there was an issue with the beans. How difficult is it to do a regular coffee with cream? And why can't I pour my own cream?

I'd also asked for egg bites, but they never took my name, and after waiting for ages, I canceled the order. I'm pretty sure it was never placed.

I live within walking distance and I will never go here again.
