They tried to kill me. On our order we said no tomatoes because I'm allergic. The spinach salad was missing the vinaigrette. And to top it off the sauce spilled out of the container and burned my arm. It's becoming increasingly difficult to find service that actually pays attention to detail and that won't mess up our order.

Just moved to Ludlow from Springfield and wanted to try some new places to eat tonight. I called but the number is not in service so I decided I would just go inside to place my order, I stood at the cash out counter for 10 minutes and not one person acknowledged me. Smfh.

The owner is a cokehead he doesn’t play his employees when he supposed to oh yeah no one‘s on the books because everyone’s getting paid underneath the table so he doesn’t have to pay taxes he’s on Coke while he’s working his place should really get shut down

I use to eat here all the time. I ordered sweet potato fries and the chicken teriyaki Alfredo and it was terrible... Couldn't even bare to eat any more than just one bite... Very dissatisfied and won't come back again sadly.... Was my favorite for a long long time. Must have changed cooks or was a really bad batch.

We go here pretty much every Friday as we love Amanda and Jessica at the bar . We alway order the Nachos. Last night it came and most of the chips were burnt and all the tomatoes peppers onions were all on the bottom of the dish the cheese melted on the top of burnt chips topped with sour cream and lettuce. It was the worst we have ever had almost like they did not care how it came . Our server offered to get us a new one but we suffered through and ate part of it . Will not ordered them again .
My boyfriend and I ordered takeout from here last weekend. We should have turned around immediately after realizing that nobody- except for the bartender- was wearing a mask. Not even the server who brought us our order.We ordered a turkey panini, a burger, and fries...simple, no frills items, which I previously thought were impossible to mess up. I have to say, I was sincerely impressed with how disgusting this food was considering the outstanding reviews. Not only were they as bland as printer paper, but the turkey was grey, the french fries were sweet, and there were entire cross-sections of raw onion draped across the panini, overwhelming any other ingredient. I’d rather eat middle school cafeteria food than this any day.To make the experience even worse, the following day my boyfriend and I both had excruciating stomach aches and nausea thanks to this food.If you’re looking for a high risk location that doesn’t care about taking precautions against the spread of coronavirus, the worst food you’ve ever paid for, and the runs, look no further- this place is for you! Any other sane human being, just make a serving of ramen, and I promise, you’ll be 1000x more satisfied. You might even save some money on your water bill without all the bathroom trips you’d be making after risking it at this “restaurant”.
