I was missing items in my order when I called their response was “we are very busy we will refund your money in a few days “and then hung up the phone . I order from them a lot will not again !!!

My girlfriend was hesitant to order from here because she didn’t seem to like the food. Ludlow doesn’t have a lot of options and it’s close so we ordered. Sticky ribs, salad with shrimp and chicken empanadas. Pretty sure none of this is made in house. Ribs were ok. Flavor was good but cold. Salad was mediocre and shrimp was cold and gelatinous. Empanadas were aweful. Filled with cheap meat and cheese. They had two people working on a Friday. One had zero idea what they were doing and the other was obviously annoyed with him. Avoid.

I like the burrito. The burrito was great. Food was good. My daughter got a chicken bowl. She said her food was good as well. The only thing I would ask is that the bowls would be more full. I’ve gone to other places and receive the same tray, but with more portion for the same price. Such as Kebab Ish in Springfield.

I ordered a pork burrito had them put all the Fixin‘s on it. I decided to stay there and eat. The burrito came it was cut in half. It looked delicious. After a couple of bites, I noticed I was chewing on pork fat rather than pork itself, I decided to start picking out the pork out of the first half a burrito and noticed that 90% of The meat in the burrito was all fat. Started in on the second half. It was the same way I approached the Counter to complain about the food and all he would do was shrug his shoulders and say that’s the way I cut it. Do yourself a favor. Do not eat at this place. The food is terrible.

I’ve ordered from here on DoorDash multiple times and have never had an issue, but the last 3 times I’ve ordered, I’ve had the same issues… the rice in my bowls were barely cooked and were cold, as well as every bite my husband and I took, all we could taste was dish soap, AND our entire meals were cold (the delivery address is less than a mile from the restaurant). I’ve been very disappointed since I used to enjoy their meals. I will not be eating there again

The food is really delicious but portion sizes on the bowls are very slim. I paid $16 for a bowl and what I received was a kid size portion. I would like to receive a portion enough for a grown up. Hopefully this will change in the future. But the food is very good.

Ernesto the owner was very friendly, the steak burrito I ordered was very flavorful, reasonably priced, and came out quick. I would absolutely recommend this place if you want a good burrito or bowl and want to support local!
