D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches

On the way to a vacation in Cape Cod, we stopped at a different location of this restaurant for lobster rolls. On the way back, we stopped at their Ludlow rest-stop location on the Mass Pike. Although I love their lobster roll, I decided to try something different. I ordered the tuna sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, and hot pepper relish. I also took advantage of the offer of adding chips and a bottled soft drink for a very reasonable upcharge. The tuna salad was made using white albacore tuna and, with the fresh toppings, it was delicious. The roll was also a step up from the normal sub roll. As a final note, the service was excellent.

Was best southwest bowl with rice I've had in forever. Wish D'Angelo had location at Cannan truck stops

I've been going to D' Angelo's for 13 years never been to the one off Mass Pike. Until last week walked in there was a customer before me. Waited in line or behind her til she was done ordering. Walk to the cashier was never greeted so I asked the cashier a simple question. You don't have Pita pockets any more? The cashier who I notice his name on my receipt Kayden . Snapped back we don't have pita pockets. I said I used to love those because it was less bread. Well we don't have them here..Ok I see this person was so bluntly rude.This person has zero personality in fact pocket lint has more personality. ordered a cheese burg grinder large. Mayo peppers and cheese. There was a women working with him who was friendly before getting my grinder I asked her why didn't they have Pita Pockets any more..She kindly told me they need to find a better brand the Pita bread they used was falling apart so they will look for a better brand. In the mean time the cashier was making my grinder looked at me like..How dare I ask his co worker. Since she replied friendly . She handed me my grinder and I left. After saying thank you to her. Walked to my car thinking why the hell was the cashier so rude? Almost turned around to bring grinder back but I didn't..Well I should have..because it was terribly made. Hardly any hamburger in a cheese burger grinder. Fed it to my 3 dog's in the parking lot. Thinking what a waste of my time and money $15.19..Now I know why I stop going to D Angelo's. Rude behavior and very little ingredients.

The team members were friendly and excited to see us. I came to d’angelos because I missed the sandwiches here. It was one of my first stops on my visit to Massachusetts. I always order the lobster role which was fresh and I missed the grilled hotdog roll. Always a favorite!!!❤️

Fast and as expected!

The roads in MA suck.
The drivers in MA suck.
The traffic in MA sucks.
The sandwiches at D’Angelo’s make it all worthwhile. The chicken Vermonter and BLT were perfectly crafted, warm, crusty deliciousness that almost made me forget the horrendous ride to get here.

Bought one of the rice bowls possibly the southwest. It was delicious and felt healthy. Staff was friendly and quick. I like how they have different sizes as well

A recent visit to the MA tpke Ludlow DeAngelos was my second visit to this location in the last two months. Both times the staff was attentive, quick and polite. The location was neat, clean and the food came out quickly. And I watched the same treatment for every other customer while I was there waiting. The best experiences at a Turnpike rest area in a very long time if not ever. Great job Ludlow staff!
I will say, this last steak and cheese was a bit light on the steak, but overall 2 very good sandwiches on 2 successive trips!

My server was very plensant and helpul. The Caesar chicken salad was very tasty, but some of the lettuce was a little old, but overall it was a tasty salad.
