I called dominoes in Ludlow, Ma at 11:15pm. The gentlemen picks up and tells me that they are closed. I called dominoes elsewhere and checked online. Two other dominoes are open until 12am as well. Honestly if you aint trynna do your job dont work at a fast food restaurant!!! Y'all clearly close at 12a. Not 11:15pm.

I have never had a bad experience when ordering from this Domino's store. The employees are always friendly and professional wether I carry-out or get my order delivered. I've never had any issues with my orders and I am a customer for life because of the amazing service I always receive

Ordered cheesy bread, WITH marinara, the girl on the phone repeated back the order WITH MARINARA, PAID the delivery with tip, NO MARINARA, says I didn't pay for it. Delivery guy said he would come back with it, had to call after 30 minits to get it. They WILL NOT be getting my business EVER again!

Found plastic and hair in pizza. I called and I was told to bring it back and I got a new one and a free soda. But honestly this is nasty and I don't think I'll be eating dominoes for awhile after this.

I ordered one two toppings carry-out large pizza online tonight to be picked up later, giving them one hour to get the pizza ready for me. To my surprise when I got home I found out that I only got one topping on the pizza, although I ordered two toppings. The so- called premium topping that I had to pay extra for was completely missing. Called the store, spoke with the manager after about 8- 10 minutes on hold. The manager apologized for their mistake and blamed this inciden
It took 2 hours for them to successfully deliver when it got here it was hot and ready and very good but they left me and phat leprechaun waiting which was a total mood killer goodbye.

I don't know why but the pizza here usually makes me feel sick after eating it. It's the same with all Domino's. Buuuuut if you have had a bad day and just want to eat something unhealthy and tasty then bam this is a good place. Tastes mad good.
