I’m the type of person to get the wrong meal at a restaurant, and eat it anyways. I don’t like leaving negative reviews because I feel like a complainer, but after years of bad service from this location, I’m hopeful that my negative feedback will shine some light on some areas that are in dire need of attention. For some reason, at this location only, the bagels are hard as a ROCK 🪨. For some reason, at this location ONLY, when I order a sandwich like a, “bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with butter” I’ll only receive a bagel with butter. This location is very busy, so I completely understand errors here and there, but after years of getting home and unloading the bag of items for my family, the dread and regret comes on as I realize I disappoint someone nearly every time with missing, wrong, or improperly prepared food. Stop giving little straws with big drinks. Stop asking, “is that all” after every single little thing I say, which makes me feel very rushed. With this location having such a long line and in a busy intersection, it’s not really realistic or should be necessary to have to park and check the accuracy of the items that you’ve ordered. The amount of times that this Dunkin Donuts location has gotten my money but not put the items that I’ve paid for in the bag, is staggering. Why does nothing taste or feel fresh like at the other locations? What is going on inside there? As a daily Dunkin customer, I have to stop going to the Ludlow location, which is very sad because I only live a mile or 2 away- I’ll go to Belchertown from now on. Hopefully things change and I’ll try again in a few years.

One of the better Dunkin's I've been to. Food is hot, order is correct, the woman working the drive thru in the morning is on point and quick, can't ask for anything more.

I needed some clarification on how to take advantage of a free donut from a survey I did and use the qr code and the mobile app to pay. The way I was spoken to was very unprofessional. I usually order ahead on the app and I just needed to know how to order to get my free donut. I felt as if my questions were annoying the associate that was helping me. I know it was a busy morning but I was made to feel belittled. I’m sure I’m not the only one that asked this question. I normally have a great experience, but not today.

I placed sesame bagel extra cheese they don’t put even cheese also I want avocado toast they add bacon for no reason and ı said ALLERGIC TO POEK.chicken roasted wrap was cold. Very terrible service. I paid 32 dolar and I’m still hungry

Had such a horrible experience I ordered 2 of the $6.00 meals, the bacon was undercooked. The bagles were hard as if they had pre-made them, and the hashbrowns were absolutely discussing they tasted as if they were just put in a holding unit instead of actually just coming them to order

Great experience here recently! Stopped in yesterday for an iced coffee (new almond spice) also ordered a few pastries & another iced coffee for my friend. Service was fast & fantastic. Interior super clean. Well stocked assortment of everything available. Drive thru was really busy, so that's why we decided to go in to order, but I have no complaints whatsoever. Crew was motivated & friendly. I was very impressed with the overall vibe of this Dunkin' location & will return next time I'm in the Ludlow area.
