Terrible service no matter what location you go to. Always get pulled up to wait 10-15mins plus, and we don’t even get all of our food. I really hate how there is no other restaurant around us besides this one.

I frequent your Scitico restaurant frequently to purchase Diet coke. Your staff is very friendly with each visit. But I do have one issue...that restaurant runs out of diet coke OFTEN. Over the last month you have run out of diet coke on at least 8 different occasions. Please order more diet coke!! Thank you

Waited 5 minutes in line on first row at ludlow location then left. Went around again to the 2nd lane because that lane was moving but again waited another 5 minute until I could order. Girl ar window was very rude

Tables and floors dirty. We asked for something to clean the table and we were told to use napkins ourselves. Pretty pathetic.This is the Hadley store on Russell st.

they served raw food to a customer in ware. the belchertown gm dan c. challed me stupid on a public facebook post. very unprofessional company. dont recomend eating there food

You need to be more mindful of your Chicopee store on meadow street. They have taken control of the store ... your assistant manager told me " we have many issues in this store and if you don't like it. Tooo bad" Is that the way you treat your customers??? I'm filling a complaint with the better business bureau. Your employees are slow and rude you have bad ratings as a business owner you should be concerned unless you don't care'!!!
