GM was rude and obnoxious. She messed up our order than accused us of stealing the missing items. When she yelled at my husband that she put the items in the bag she didn't even name off the correct items we were missing then started asking all her employees if they saw her put the item in the bag. They looked scared. I called the store from the car to ask what her name was for when I called corporate she got angry I didn't want to tell her what my issue was. I kept telling her I just need the name please. Finally I told her I don't want to talk to you about it because it's about you she hung up the phone on me and wouldn't pick up when I called back. I've worked retail for 20years, not once did me or my husband yell at her or even accuse her of anything. She acted way out of line. Things happen I get it but you don't accuse the customer of stealing, you messed up own it apologize an move on. It's not like the missing items come out of her pay. She should not be the manager if this is how she treats people when there is an issue.

Someone has a very heavy hand with the salt on the fries! I was so upset with all the extra salt they put on the fries and they were old. 3 orders of fries and all got thrown out! I’ll stick to the KFC on Boston Rd

I Am so mad right now… this meal was absolutely discussing and concerning. Old fries, old chicken oily as … ! My money went straight to the trash. The flavor on it was the worst part, can’t get rid of it. . I love KFC but this one ☝🏼 uh uh.
Clean those fryers. Change that oil more often.

Showed up at 9:30 to the drive-thru they're open till 10:00 nobody responded to take our order I called and asked what time they were open till they said the Lobby is closed but the drive-thru is open till 10:00 the person on the phone said just wait a minute the cashier must not hear you because they're listening to music I waited till 9:36 for the voice to come over the speaker and say I'm sorry we're out of butter so we'll be closing early tonight.
9pm only have crispy chicken and 1 sandwich available on a Saturday night is very poor mgmt. Covid 19 is long over and the excuses are getting old. And don't laugh at customers when they are upset when 90% of your menu is unavailable 2 hrs before closing. AND OFFER CUSTOMER NOTHING FOR INCONVIANCE.

Disgusting food, and the lady at the drive through was incredibly rude to me. There are 5 other fast food options around this, including a subway next door. They all have better service and food. This pad site would be better off as nearly any other business.

I was on the phone with my daughter as she went through the drive-through. We ordered two two-piece meals with a soda. The girl said it doesn’t come with a drink. My daughter told her it does. It’s on the menu then try to tell her it was $48 and continue to argue with my daughter For a couple minutes finally I was like tell her we don’t want we’re not paying $48 for two meals. The girl all of a sudden went well. You need to be more specific when it was not my daughters and the food is cold. We will not be back horrible, and no one answers the phones.

My family was asked by the staff to not sit and dine because they were about to close in 20 minutes. They were supposed to close at 10:00PM and it was only 8:40PM. Horrible. But we went across the street to Wendy’s and had an amazing time – thank you, Wendy’s!
