First time going to KFC in years, now I remember why! Food is way... way to salty. KFC do you realize that chicken strips, french fries, mash potatoe nuggets are often for children? Actually any food can be given to children! Way to much sodium for any adults never mind children.

ordered a $30 10 piece bucket and got 3 wings 2 legs 4 thighs and only one piece of breast/white meat, called to complain and they don't answer the phone, goes straight to voicemail and it's always full so you can't leave message. total rip-off!!!

GM was rude and obnoxious. She messed up our order than accused us of stealing the missing items. When she yelled at my husband that she put the items in the bag she didn't even name off the correct items we were missing then started asking all her employees if they saw her put the item in the bag. They looked scared. I called the store from the car to ask what her name was for when I called corporate she got angry I didn't want to tell her what my issue was. I kept telling her I just need the name please. Finally I told her I don't want to talk to you about it because it's about you she hung up the phone on me and wouldn't pick up when I called back. I've worked retail for 20years, not once did me or my husband yell at her or even accuse her of anything. She acted way out of line. Things happen I get it but you don't accuse the customer of stealing, you messed up own it apologize an move on. It's not like the missing items come out of her pay. She should not be the manager if this is how she treats people when there is an issue.

Someone has a very heavy hand with the salt on the fries! I was so upset with all the extra salt they put on the fries and they were old. 3 orders of fries and all got thrown out! I’ll stick to the KFC on Boston Rd
Drove in to place an order at 9:50 PM. Restaurant is supposed to be open till 10. I was informed the restaurant was closed. Always disappointing when stated hours are not actual hours.

I Am so mad right now… this meal was absolutely discussing and concerning. Old fries, old chicken oily as … ! My money went straight to the trash. The flavor on it was the worst part, can’t get rid of it. . I love KFC but this one ☝🏼 uh uh.
Clean those fryers. Change that oil more often.

Showed up at 9:30 to the drive-thru they're open till 10:00 nobody responded to take our order I called and asked what time they were open till they said the Lobby is closed but the drive-thru is open till 10:00 the person on the phone said just wait a minute the cashier must not hear you because they're listening to music I waited till 9:36 for the voice to come over the speaker and say I'm sorry we're out of butter so we'll be closing early tonight.
9pm only have crispy chicken and 1 sandwich available on a Saturday night is very poor mgmt. Covid 19 is long over and the excuses are getting old. And don't laugh at customers when they are upset when 90% of your menu is unavailable 2 hrs before closing. AND OFFER CUSTOMER NOTHING FOR INCONVIANCE.
Can not order online or on the app.
