This location is trash. They mess up orders all the time, and after 6 PM they just ignore what you ask for and give you crispy anyway.

I placed my order online. I got there earlier so I told him go ahead and do it and they gave me wrong order. It was 12 mi for me to go back one way. I said the hell with it but I won't do it again

Horric food. Just got home to eat. Biscuit hard as rock and chicken tenders that have that grease dark brown color. You know it's been in the bin and then reheated. The window person new dame well she was victimizing me with old food. I won't be back.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but it’s consistently disappointing. Even when ordering ahead through the KFC app, the wait is regularly 30+ minutes, which I’ve learned to accept.
However, today was the last straw. Part of my order wasn’t available, and instead of helping resolve it, the manager was rude and refused to engage with us. He just told us to “deal with it through the app” and walked away, leaving the poor cashier to figure it out on her own. She was very kind and genuinely tried to help, but couldn’t process the refund.
After multiple attempts to sort it out, we were told they “aren’t supposed” to issue refunds because the app is supposedly “third party,” even though it’s their own official app. It wasn’t until another manager came in during shift change and called someone that we were finally given a cash refund as an “exception.”
All of this — plus getting the portion of the order they did have — took 45 minutes. That’s on top of the usual long wait times, lack of accountability, and poor customer service.
Between the extremely long waits and management not taking responsibility, I can’t recommend this location.

Yesterday I ordered the 3 tenders meal with potato wedges for take out. The chicken was cold, hard and dry. The potato wedges were dehydrated without any potato in them. Very, very disappointed.

I set in the drive thru for 20 mins without even being greeted. Pulled around to go in and there was at least 10 people inside waiting and looking pissed, so I just left.

The food is oily , OLD and extremely salty. The drive thru service was terrible could even give me a hello or tell me how much my total was. My fries were dumped all over the bag. What a waste of money and time
