So I purchased the coupon number 13, which included a party size one topping pizza, 2 L bottle of soda, a large garden salad, and 20 wings. They delivered the food except the salad so when I called back to see if they could send the salad out the gentleman told me he didn’t charge me for it. The coupon states that it’s 5799 I gave the gentleman $65 And he told me that he didn’t charge me for the salad and I then went on and it looked up the coupon and reread it to him and he was like oh well I didn’t see that the salad was on the coupon I said well that’s not my fault that he didn’t see coupon listed or what the items were and so the owner said he’d give me a five dollar coupon for the next time I called and ordered from them again but when I told the young man on the phone that I wanted my salad he told me it was gonna cost $10 so I said to myself why not give me a $10 credit instead of a five dollar credit to make a long story short their customer service sucks and I’m really disappointed because my family and I have spent a lot of money at this restaurant and this was not the way to handle it we will not be returning here Here.

Best hot ham and cheese ginder around. They use fresh, not canned, mushrooms on a great pizza too. Always say 30 minutes for delivery and are always early! Oh and they deliver in the snow!

Absolutely terrible I order for delivery told him I had $40. He change my total from 27 and some change to $35 so I called back and ordered a 2 L of soda. My balance went to $31 and he got mad because I wanted five dollars back out of my 40 and he was so rude and the pizza was absolute trash never again plz don’t bother wasting your money

Order food, food delivery at 5:30ish. I called back shortly after delivery because i was missing my salad. It was now 7:31 still no salad after being told at 5:34ish it would be on its way in 10mins, that is the longest 10 mins, almost 2hrs later. They took so long so i called back got ridiculous excuses . They had to call me back because needed address again. Won't order again from here!

It took 45- 50 minutes to receive the food. Receive it cold. The person who takes the order does not know the deals of the pizzeria and their prices.
I order a steak and cheese grinder and it looks like someone stepped on it, did not cook the steak, covered it in a ridiculous amount of mayo, and threw old brown lettuce in it.
