Thanks to the people who worked on December 31, 2025, on the 10 pm shift, I ordered through Uber Eats and everything arrived delicious and in perfect condition. I was surprised; excellent job!

Fries was over cooked big Mac was not made rite floors messy waited 25 minutes tables was not wiped down ice machine not working in the lobby if raycrock was alive, Jesus right now is turning over in his grave. He will not let this happen. I work for McDonald's for over 12 years. And I'd never seen a McDonald's like this very unorganized.

Came here on Nov 2, 2025 morning rush at 10 am. Didn’t get all of my food. They need to reevaluate who’s bagging orders. People don’t come out to give money away for free.

Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. The issue wasnt the length of the line either. The issue was only two cars moved or had their order taken in a 25 minute period. Then literally took 10+ minutes to for someone to even acknowledge I was at the speaker & finally take my order after I beeped my horn. Then another 10 minutes for my order to be ready, even though I only had 2 mcdoubles and a snack wrap. It wasn't a volume issue, it truly wasnt busy. When I finally pulled up to the window there wasn't even a car infront of me at the window waiting. This was STRICTLY a management and production issue. Terrible. New management would literally fix this problem over night. They did not appear understaffed for what appeared to be low volume. Could see atleast 4 or more employees when I got to the window. I'd recomend going to Springfield or another bordering town to get McDonald's if you live in Ludlow. I promise, even with the drive, it will be quicker and less of a headache.

I never really go inside so I’m not really sure how the atmosphere is inside however I do frequent their drive-through often and can I just say that the staff goes above and beyond to make sure that our order is correct they are always kind to me and I come through with my dogs and I couldn’t ask for a better service from a better crew

The workers here for the afternoon and night shifts are horrible. They are rude to their customers in every way. Never have anything but problems. Today they threw our food to us at the window with attitude. This place needs new employees. The morning shift people are awesome though!

You guys are trash!! The wraps are getting worst!! Back then it used to be stuffed with crispy chicken, tomato, lettuce and onions. Now the wraps are smaller and smaller!!!

To whoever is seeing this, one employee in this drive through was AWFUL!! I’m sorry but she was rude, she slammed the window in are face, gave us sass, and forgot some things from are order. This isn’t the first time either, she has done this twice in a row!! Please either talk to her or fire her because this is outrageous
This is my favorite McDonald's in the area. There is no extra charge for adding things like ketchup or extra pickles to your food. Sometimes the apple pies are a little past their expiration times, they are happy to replace them.

rudest worker ever 😭 she messed up my order and when i kindly asked if she could add fudge to my sundae i was shocked that she immediately got upset and started arguing with me about it. i came at 1 am on march 8th didnt catch her name but this woman needs a warning...
