Simple order. 4 filet o fishes. 2 regular, 2 no tartar. Receive 2 regular, 1 no tartar and 1 no cheese. Unacceptable. Very disappointing that employees couldn't get simple order right. It's been 2 years since we visited and we won't be visiting again.

McDonald's itself is getting extremely pricey but this place is pretty fast and the people are pretty professional. Orders are always on point

Ordered a quarter pounder yesterday and it was not the same size it used to be. What happened? The McDonald's prices are up there with a good restaurant. $40 + for 2 kids and 2 adults. For no drinks, French fries, 2 quarter pounders, small chicken nuggets, sm. Cheeseburger. Go to a real restaurant and get better food. Also service was not the best I am sad to say.

Made our Frappes EXACTLY how we ordered them on the APP! ? other McDonald's never get the extra syrup/topping amounts right but the girl who made these made them absolutely perfectly delicious ? ? food here is always awesome, hot fries, speedy service. Hands down BEST MCDONALD'S in Western MA!

An ok McDonald’s, that always seems busy, even on major holidays.The driver thru seems to take precedence over inside eaters. Service inside is slow even if you order from the kiosk.

They are terrible and suck and I saw a roach in their kitchen which is disgusting and gross. I would not recommend to anyone, and would avoid on turn pike every time. I also found hair in my food, and I swear I saw a dead fly in my burger. Not the place to go, and I'm very disappointed.

This location is an absolute disgrace the service is absolutely terrible not to mention the quality of food has gone WAY down Usually cold or microwaved to a point where it's rock hard not to mention my steak egg and cheese bagel (few months back) with the hair in it first bite I took I had a Really long hair wrapped around my tongue And the breakfast burrito that was burned into the Wrapper it had been microwaved so many times I couldn't even remove it as it was melted into the paper( craziest part about that order was the general manager of that location was the one that handed me the order I mean I guess maybe she didn't know or care not sure which.... Point being there is no communication or chain of command at this location (ANYTHING GOES)the employees all do what they want and the manager in training program is a joke they don't back you up on any of your managerial decisions when dealing with an insubordinate employee,The owner himself does not get back to his employees about concerns in the workplace unless you're a female then of course he'll listen wouldn't want to catch another lawsuit, as a business owner myself I treat people how I want to be treated and I give respect whether younger or older Male or Female or if the person I'm dealing with is wealthy or has no wealth at all Everyone should be on an equal playing field and receive this same respect.
