FYI, BOGO breakfast sandwiches apply literally to ANYTHING EXCEPT a sausage mcmuffin. So the good news , is if you don't want that sausage and egg mcmuffin then you're in luck!! But if you specifically want to get that item and use the BOGO deal on the app to save a few dollars in this dreadful economy, which the powers and decisions that be and shape have produced, then we'll avoid this place won't we? Heaven forbid there is any sort of consistency or clear communication!!! I understand this likely will have been the case for some time now, I'm just stating it is frustrating in a wild way.

Uncommunicative associates at this location, emotionally comatose, also.

This place is on the eastbound side of I-90 at Ludlow plaza. I can speak about the inside. As we went through the drive-thru. I got a quarter pounder with cheese meal and the burger and fries were very fresh! In face the fries were too hot to eat for a minute. A great McDonald’s!

Parking: Free parking, but it’s on I-90 so there are tolls.

Price. Now all is about the price. Morning coffee and 2 burritos and a hashbrown is $15 now. You feel like you've been robbed. Personally this is the last time I am visiting McDonalds. I am sorry guys. McDonalds was always about affordability. Not any more. Very sad.

The worst meal ever. POOR service. Raw burger. Incorrect toppings, 2 slices of raw bacon should have 3 slices, cold burger, even colder fries. Shamrock shake wasn't mixed and tasted horrible.

Not sure why senior coffee is so expensive here. It's 70 cents more than nearby Lee service area for same item. Will make sure not to stop here.

Guy cleaning the bathroom walked into the kitchen with the cleaning rug in hand .

every time I go somethings always wrong. either they give us the wrong drinks, don't know how to put codes in. I'd love to actually get what I order for once.
