Friendly staff but the food gave me food poisoning that sent me to the emergency room. Can't recommend.

Me and my family’s food was delicious. The employee who said her name was Sharon, was super friendly and made sure we had what we needed. So pleased with the service overall and will come back !

Robin is perhaps the greatest thing to happen to ever happen the Papa Gino’s dynasty. She went above and beyond, consistent eye contact, as well as DEEP reassurance that our pizza and experience here at the ludlow plaza would be satisfactory. I’m even considering writing Robin into my will. Thank you Robin :)

It's a rest stop restaurant on the Pike, so the atmosphere is what it is. The food was good tho, would stop again on my way thru

I called and picked up my order . My order was supposed to be the 14.99 XL deal . When I came to pick up my order it was 27.00!!! The kid had no idea how to make the deal work for me since he just said he already rang up my order and then needed help to make it a trucker discount which still wasn't good at 22.99. The pizza was over cooked and I have pics of the food and receipt for over charge . I needed to get home so I left with food after feeling ripped off . Papa Gino's is one of my favorites and I am disappointed for the first time ever. I should have got a good cooked pizza. (XL deal ) for 14.99. .

The chicken basket was made to order hot and delicious . The pizza was sitting for a while it was good but not fresh.
