I have not been able to use their app and earn stars because of something wrong with their app. Even the manager told me yesterday it’s app not my service. Same thing today and the lady Kat was trying to say it was my phone and she just can’t give me free coffee. I go to the Ludlow store every single day. I have spent a lot of money in the Ludlow location. I will no longer be going there. They should make it right for the customer especially after waiting in line for 20 mins.

Pay over seven dollars for a coffee just for the employee not to properly secure the lid and you spilled coffee all over yourself while trying to get on the highway.

They don’t always get it right and they have their good days and bad days but every now and then they touch the atmosphere of greatest Starbucks on earth. Like when they gave me this wonderful iced water. Update: Ask about Denise! SHES THE BEST!!!

Took 45 min for me to get my drink. If they are understaffed they should not be open, or not allow drive thru/ mobile orders. And I was stuck in the line and could not move. do not recommend coming here unless you have an hour to wait for one coffee.

From this location, I only tried their ice water. You could imagine that it’s pretty icy. Hahaha it also has little after taste. As far as water goes…Another thing, the bathrooms are very nice, which is a check in my book!

Very disappointed. Went through the drive through and ordered a grande matcha latte and when I looked down at the receipt I noticed the price was a little steep. Saw that the gratuity was priced for $1.00 when I in fact never left a tip. He left the window and brought my card over to the front of the store to cash me out, so I never even touched a screen to leave a tip. Feels like he stole a $1.00 from me. Thanks Starbucks.
