Oof. Regular Starbucks customer but this is pit stop is one to miss. Drink was improperly made, wait to discover that took forever, as did do-over. And you're waiting outside if you mobile order. It's also absurdly expensive.

The breakfast sandwich I got, was cold and not very good. They were nice enough to heat it back up for me.

A bit pricey compared to other Starbucks in Springfield, Chicopee, Ludlow, East Long mead, and Longmeadow.

Never knew a grande iced coffee took 30 minutes to make with no line. Effed it up the first time then took another 15 minutes to get the order correct

Victoria (working July 28 @445pm) was an absolute STAR. She was the embodiment of customer service and interacting with her made my day! I hope her manager will read this review & make note that she’s a star. Our whole family talked about our interaction for miles??

I love Starbucks and go there regularly. I got the same drink I always do and the drink was terrible. Not sure what they did to it! Ordered my husband a blond road and got the dark roast.Normally Starbucks employees are extremely friendly. Not here. The girl that waited on us at the drive thru was not friendly at all!You pay more for products in toll plaza, you expect the same quality!

This is the only Starbucks I know that closes without warning on a weekly basis. Not clear if this is a management decision or staffing issue, but when commuting, it's become my favorite running joke to drive by and see if they put out that black chalkboard blocking the drive thru stating "Sorry, we're closed today!"This happened a lot more often when it was a Honeydew Donuts drivethru, so it makes me wonder if the property owners are trying to save cash and write something off as a loss. I have no proof, though!Staff was always nice when they are open, even with the prices marked up like the nearby gas station (they know you're not getting Dunkin in Palmer).Either way, just get an iced coffee at the McDonald's. It's cheaper anyways!

Slowest service ever encountered

Maybe it’s because it’s right off the highway but this place has outrageous prices, even for a Starbucks. I got a grande caramel macchiato and it came out to over $7!!! For a GRANDE! Not even a venti! No wonder there was no line at 8:30 AM. Inflation is already bad enough.
Logan and the other staff have the best customer service ever. It’s always a pleasure to stop at the Starbucks.

I stopped before work to get a coffee and asked for extra cold foam. My drink was made by Aubrey. When I received it there wasn’t even the normal amount of cold foam. When I asked for more she loudly mocked me with her coworkers. When I asked for a manager the staff told me that there was no manager there other than a staff member standing in the back. He said he was one of the managers although he clearly wasn’t. He said he saw nothing despite being one of the people loudly mocking me and refused to provide me with information to contact a real manager. Prior to this taking place I overheard the staff loudly mocking the previous customer saying that she could go to McDonald’s if she couldn’t afford Starbucks. What kind of people do you hire here?
The wait wasn't long and service was good and fast. Only waited about 7 minutes.
Dietary restrictions: Didn't have any sugar free syrup.
Very popular coffee shop. A little pricey.
