Always an excellent experience at vanished valley. The food is always on point. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend them for all you special functions.

Went this Monday night with some friends, and unfortunately I did not enjoy my meal. I got the stout which tasted very metallic, and the Brie and Bacon Sandwich which, as another reviewer stated, was overpowered by the house mustard. Even after scraping off all of the mustard, the taste was still 80% mustard 20% bacon, and I had no desire to bring the rest home.

Despite this, the waitress was very attentive, and my friends seemed to enjoy their food and drinks, so I'll leave it at 3 stars.

Finally got the chance to try this place out and we were not impressed. It took a good 15 minutes before anyone came to our table at all and it was slow like that the entire time, we waited a long time for everything. I tried the bacon Brie melt and could only eat half. I planned on bringing the other half home but wanted to scrape off the immense amount of overpowering ground mustard off before boxing it. There was no bacon on the half at all. They put all the bacon on one side of the sandwich. Then the Brie…there was the tiniest wedge of Brie on the baconless half (not that there was much Brie on the half I ate). My husband accidentally spilled the entire last beer on his flight and nobody did anything at all….no cleanup, no offering to get him another, nothing. We had to clean the whole mess up off the floor with the napkins one of the many servers who visited our table dropped off. When it was finally time to pay we waited so long that my husband went up to the bar to see if he could our check. I should not, it was not super busy and they seemed to have quite a bit of staff so I don’t understand all the delays. Lastly we were a little put off that Vanished Valley pushed their credit card fees off on the customer. Unfortunately it was a miss for us and it isn’t likely we will be back anytime soon if at all. We had high hopes too. ☹️

First time here, decided to stop in for sunday brunch while in the area. I will start by saying it was not busy at all, plenty of open tables. We ordered two food items, an omelet and a pizza. My boyfriends omelet came out 50 mins later, with no apology for the wait or comment about where mine was or when it was coming. We were starving having waited 50 mins for the food to come out, so I told him to go ahead and eat since I was sure mine would be right out. Fast forward 10 mins, his plate is clear and my pizza is just coming out. It wasn't even hot, and there was no apology or sentiment about how long it took or anything. Super bizarre. We work at another brewery in the area and I cannot imagine acting the way all the employees there acted. Just no care or urgency or empathy at all for a super low par dining experience. I get that this is a brewery at its core but still, beer wasn't great either. They brought us our bill and by now it had mostly cleared out. We waited another 10 mins for someone to come take the cards up and run them and I'd just had enough at that point and brought the cards up just to get the hell out of here. Waste of 2 hours on a Sunday morning which turned into afternoon. Not a redeeming quality in the place.

Took over an hour to get our food. It wasn't at all busy and no one came to check on us.
Nobody apologized for the wait.
Food was decent but the wait was insane. At the end we waited another 15 minutes to pay the bill and ended up just going to the register.
All in all took two hours to get an omelet and pay. Gobsmacked.

Beer is good - live music is excellent. But the food is amazing! Ordered a creme brulee - one of the BEST I've ever had. Highly recommended!

We had a planned gathering of our therapy dog teams. The Asst Manager was great with all communications in helping us plan the event. We decided on everyone ordering/paying for their own food and drink. They staffed the Beer Cave special for a Sunday afternoon for our group so that we could go in with our dogs to order. The weather was perfect for us to enjoy the seating outside. Looking forward to future visits!

The beer was satisfactory, but the pizza could have been cooked a bit longer, and unfortunately, it was slightly burnt. Despite being understaffed, the staff were incredibly friendly and hardworking, doing their utmost to ensure everyone was taken care of with drinks, food, and access to the restrooms.

Good food and portions and atmosphere. But the food is inconsistent.

The food was pretty good, but the dead FLY at the bottom of my glass of ice water really put a damper on things. ?
