Usually, me and my family come here for quick meals when we’re going somewhere and can’t make food at home, but my older brother who works at the nearby Big Y has been coming home sick after eating here. He took my aunt last week, then she got very sick. There’s probably something wrong with the food, but be careful. (10-26-25)

These people don’t try to be good employees. Refused to scan my QR code so I went though drive through and it worked. Man I wish I could try as little as these guys. Even the manager is just standing around chatting it up.😬

This has to be the worst Wendy’s I’ve encountered it doesn’t matter what shift or what time I go in this Wendy’s I always get really crummy service whether it’s it’s usually through the drive-through they have messed up my order multiple times. Their frosty machine was broken for months over the summer and one time. I forgot my debit card and I said I’ll be back in like two minutes so I live right down the street and I came back right when I said I was gonna come back and the employee took the burger. He threw it in the trash still in the bag, took the burger out of the trash and gave it to me and didn’t know that I saw him. I’m not sure if he works there anymore, but I was furious. They aren’t overly friendly actually they’re not really friendly at all. Customer service. Here is awful stay away. Don’t go to this one.

Prices charged are NOT the same as the menu boards. Staff is rude and don’t care about customers. “I don’t care. What do you want me to do I just work here”.

I rarely give bad reviews as I always give a place another visit, just in case they have an off day.
This Wendy's, though in prime location near a major highway, should rank as the worst one in Western Mass. Been there 3 times and each time I had a problem. Given the wrong meal, soda flat and burger bin stale and today, pulled up to the drive thru after ordering from my app but go not service after waiting for 10 minutes.
Since I already paid via the app and I wanted my breakfast, I parked and tried to go inside but the door was locked. Looked inside and did see people inside working so I go into my car and tried the drive thru again. After waiting for another 5 minutes of no service or anyone acknowledging that i was there waiting, I said screw it, canceled my order and told myself not to come here again. So shouldn't you all.
If you want anything chicken, go across the street to KFC, if you want a burger, goto McDonalds or BK down the road, if you want coffee goto DD or Starbucks near there. If you want to just use the bathroom, there's pride next door. If you wanna wait long and get unsatisfying service, I'd say head down to the DMV at the Springfield Plaza by that's kinda far but this place can definitely substitute.

Stopped for food. 1 person in front of me. 6 employees standing around. Walked out the door after waiting to order for 15 mins. If this was my restaurant every employee would be fired. Truly pathetic

Terrible, was told they were closed in the drive thru while they served another customer. Called the store manager and he said he would address. I own a local business and that is no way to treat anyone let alone a customer.

Frosty machine out for service for six weeks. When I suggested they take all the Frosty promotional signs off the drive-thru menu, I was told that they were not allowed to do that because the manager said to leave them up.

The food is very nice and the staff are kind, my only complaint is that it takes a very long time to get the food on multiple occasions. But it is still better than most fast food places! (We went through the drive-thru)

Every time it's a hot day they say the frosty machine is broken, and out for repairs. It would be interesting to see if the management is aware if this statement is accurate.
