Great service when you can get service. This Saturday at 1230 and last Saturday, i came in through the drive-thru and kept waiting at the window to get service, no one was around. Looks like I will be taking my business to Gourmet Donuts or Boston Donuts in Fitchburg.

Usually coffee is good, I got a coffee roll that was stale. I also got an ice coffee and it was burnt, tasted so gross, worst one I ever got, waisted my money on it. Very unhappy.

1000 times better than the dirty water from dunks or the ash straw water from Charsucks. Fantastic donuts too.
I got charged $8.10 for an extra large idea coffee today. Avoid them at all costs! I asked for a Samoa coffee and on the receipt there were charges for "Oreo" and "Powder" which brought up the price $1.80. So why the hell is a regular extra large iced coffee $6.30? I can go literally anywhere else and NEVER GET THE PRICE ABOVE $5!
This is an update an hour later: I open up my coffee to start eating the ice because I like doing that, and I find more than just ice in the coffee. I find a spoon!! There was literally a spoon in my coffee. Whoever was working the Main Street location in Leominster around 10:30 am today needs some real training!!

I’m giving 4 stars because 1) the coffee and food I get every time is great. Always tastes the same and is very good! But…. 2)Every time I go I order the same thing, a medium cold brew and a sausage and cheese on an English muffin, nothing else, and it’s a different price every single time. Yesterday I paid $7, today I paid $9.23. The first time I went I paid $4.52. I’ve also paid $8.73, for the exact same order.

The coffee is decent as are the baked goods and the prices. The staff is always nice. The building itself could use some renovations. Drive thru speaker hasn't worked in years.

This review is specific to todays order, generally we have a decent experience. My husband ordered a couple coffees and two sausage, egg and cheese on Asiago bagels. When he got home we discovered that we received two bacon, egg and cheese on Asiago bagels - Mind you one bagel was as stale as a rock. I tried to make light out of the situation and discovered that the stale bagel makes as a good frisbee. I’m sure the wild life in our woods will enjoy it.
