The food is delicious but I’m sure it’s better when it’s hot. After a long time I went up to the counter and found our soup and latte with a film over the surface, and it ended up being pretty cold. I asked the lady there if it was our number, and she literally whispered yes. Please announce the orders so they can be heard. It’s pretty quiet in here today, didn’t think we’d have to hover at the counter to get our food.
Great cup of coffee and a very tasty Chocolate chip Muffin. It was not too busy when I was there but they had a good number of customers coming and going. Pleasant atmosphere and nice place.
Everyone has a bad day, and the woman working the counter must have been having one. Unfortunately, she was the face of your business today!
On to the review...the coffee was fine and the bagel fresh. The pastries looked very nice and the dining area was large and clean.
