I'm originally from just outside New Orleans, LA. Came here with a friend and was all too curious that they had Jambalaya on the menu. I cannot stress this enough. Order the Jambalaya. It reminded me of home.
Stopped here while visiting from California. The Mac n cheese was delicious however the star was definitely the chicken and waffles! I wish I lived near by because I would honestly come in once a week for it. Service was great, staff was friendly, food was phenomenal.
Cocktails were well done as well.
Second visit to Alchemy! First visit I had the Strip Steak with sides which was an Excellent Dinner. Last night I had the Cobb Salad and I was disappointed. The Lettuce was Not Fresh and the Chicken was Very Dry. Both times I sat at the Bar which was Great & The Girls work very hard. To be honest the Hostess was a Snot!
