My oysters were great. They taste like they were very fresh. I also had seaweed salad and a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Everything came out exactly the way I asked for it. The waitress did a great job. She was very attentive
We've been going here for a year or so, we still do from time to time. Food and service quality have fluctuated. Our daughter always orders fries in every restaurant we go to. The Truffles fries at Alchemy is one of the fries that she would really eat and we all love it too. You can really taste the Truffle, it also has a good texture and crunch. We basically go there for the Truffle fries for her and the Sticky Asian Pork Ribs for my FIL. But the quality of both has changed...
Atmosphere was perfect and the manager Mike and bar tender Michelle were wonderful. My burger was cooked perfectly. I'm in the area for a local convention and would come again and probably will.
