Attended a wonderful Christmas party at Burton's. The service was fantastic, and the food was good. My favorites were the mouth-watering stuffed zucchini appetizer and the larger-than-life key-lime pie. One of the best key-lime pies I have ever had. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Second year coming back to Burtons to our holiday party, pleasant atmosphere with ample food choices, and exceptional customer service. Had the shrimp and lobster pasta, it was unbelievable, also had the clam chowder, but it was ok, wouldn’t put the bacon it comes with. Key Lime pie is delicious.

Large space with a really nice atmosphere and friendly attentive staff. I got the Short rib and it was good, not incredibly flavorful but very tender with the mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels Sprouts being the true stars of the dish. We also had the General Tso's cauliflower which was excellent!

terrible experience last night. Ordered General Gao bowl with shrimp. Shrimp came burnt...literally black on shells. I tried to be nice and asked them to just replace the shrimp, not the whole bowl. The bartender could not have been ruder, and rolled her eyes at me. she said "that's just the cajun seasoning on the shrimp"? (General Gao is an asian flavored dish so not sure why their would be cajun seasoning in the shrimp??) The shrimp that came back was even more burnt...then the manager comes out and tells me it's the cooking technique, and that they "bronze" the shrimp. I told him maybe he is "bronzing" too long because the shrimp has burnt shells and is a dry as could be....another eye roll. Apparently, the customer is never right at Burtons, and I am done after several visit. Don't need to be treated like a bother because I can't eat burnt garbage...all it would have taken is a simple "I'm sorry, can we get you something else?" Instead of justifying THREE TIMES burnt (bronzed) "cajun" shrimp on an asian dish..
We went with another couple and it was a nice atmosphere and good food, with the exception of the beet salad. The beer salad was good however, it should be something shared since it was all beets and very little greens. All of the other food was delicious, the wings especially.
The service was not good. The waiter was very inattentive and we were constantly looking to either order drinks, food or have our table cleared of dirty items, especially since our table was small. However, just because of this one instance with this one particular waiter, we will give the restaurant another try.

Enjoyed a wonderful Sunday afternoon with my husband! We decided to stop in for some relaxation, watched the game from the bar, and indulged in delicious drinks paired with the most amazing chocolate cake. Victoria was our fantastic server, bringing smiles and excellent service. Can't wait to return for another delightful experience!

WOW! My husband and I dine out fairly often and find that the customer service is lacking. Not at Burtons! We arrived at the restaurant an hour and a half before closing. Our waitress was Kelly, and she treated us as though we were her first customers of the night. Exceptional service! She was super attentive to our needs, down to the wet naps after the appetizer. The food was AMAZING! Best chicken wings we've ever had! Would highly recommend checking this place out, we will definitely return!

Celiac friendly!!! Separate menu for those celiac or gluten free individuals. Separate preparation station and SO MANY options. We ate there 3x during our visit. Almost everything on regular menu is available as a gluten free option. Food is delicious and huge portions.
