I had the best experience at cava in bluffton . The young lady making my food was very pleasant and helped me through my order by suggesting stuff and being patient with me. Her name was Raven
St. Aloysius Detroit we pray that God forgive you for harassing me. I forgive you. I was out with my faith group and the cashier thought I wasn't with them; I wanted a smoothie, but I didn't know you didn't sell smoothies. The cashier called the police as I was sitting down next to my faith group. Two pairs of officers appeared; one ignored the situation, while the other asked me to stand, bring my belongings, and provide my name, birthday, and phone number. The officer informed me that the lady at the cash register wanted me to leave. I explained that I was with my faith group, and the officers asked if I wanted them to inform her; I agreed. As I was speaking with the other officer, I turned around and saw my faith group conversing with the other officer, and they told me I could sit back down. I went to pray and then returned to speak with the manager after we had left due to the incident. I was the only black individual in the group. The manager attempted to downplay the situation, suggesting that the police arrived on their own.
I want to thank the entire team at this Cava location for always being incredibly friendly, generous with their portions, and keeping the restaurant spotless. The staff is awesome, and I want to give a special shout-out to Patrick, the manager.
Truth be told, I’ve been a long-time Cava customer since 2010 back in Woodland Hills, California. I recently moved to Boston and I’m really glad I found this branch right next to my home. On my first visit a couple of weeks ago, I had a small issue with my order and shared my feedback with Patrick. He listened, took it seriously, and assured me it would be fixed.
Since then, I’ve come back four times, and every visit has been perfect: great portions, friendly staff, and an overall excellent experience. It really shows how much good management can improve the customer experience when they care and take feedback to heart.
I love this location and highly recommend it.

Wow what a terrible experience. The staff was incredibly rude to me because I wanted fresh chicken and my bowl a specific way. It sucks because cava promotes itself as if you can have your bowl any way you like. All I did was ask for fresh chicken. Staff literally spoke about me with attitude right infront of me too. Will definitely be calling corporate.

I ate at Cava for the first time the other day while visiting Massachusetts! Paige stepped right in to help me and my five year old decide what we wanted to eat! The food was amazing and the staff was wonderful! Highly recommend!
