Ordered via DoorDash. Tenders ok, not hand breaded. Waffle fries excellent. Chili dog most excellent.

Overall the chicken is mid and has little flavor. Personally not a fan of the breading. This place just doesn’t do it for me. I hate to sound so negative but I would say there is a lot of room for improvement, for there are much better places in the area.
Saw the rave reviews for this place and decided to try it... Honestly I'm really disappointed.
Although they are juicy, the chicken tenders overall are pretty mid and the batter on them seems really under seasoned. The waffle fries are a solid mid, definitely nothing special.
For the tenders, fries, and a fountain drink, my total came to $18, which seems absolutely insane for the mid quality of the food. Servers were super kind and quick though, they're great. Overall, no clue why this place has such high reviews

I had a good experience at Chicken and the Pig. The food was solid, offering your standard chicken and fries, but nothing out of the ordinary. I found the Nashville hot tenders to be a bit on the salty side, but they were still enjoyable. If you’re in the marketplace and looking for a satisfying meal, I would recommend stopping by!

Cashier/Server had zero patience and an attitude. When food was brought out she just threw it in front of us saying, “Here you go” while walking away. Food was good, not $13 for a chicken sandwich good but good none the less. I wouldn’t recommend.

Kinda overpriced and a long wait for only ok food. Not a place for people without disposable income. Also, $3 for a bottled water is outrageous and I'm also sick of the tip culture for register workers. They should be paid more by their employer not by me.

Showed up at 10 minute til close after practice and told my kids there was a good shot they’d turn us away and if so not to be mad. Well they made the sandwiches and were super nice and the kids loved em. Next time we’ll order ahead to make it easy on everyone.
Great place (and they have beer ?)

best chicken sandwich in mass easily. bacon is thick and good quality, bread is good quality, and chicken is perfectly fried and crispy. the prices are beyond fair for the size of the chicken cutlet and overall quality. the specials are also super fun and delicious. 10/10 food and i always grab a sandwich and fried pickles if im in the area.

UPDATE: Owner has followed through with a $50 gift card to rectify the situation. Thank you for resolving this!
Just came home after driving half an hour to pick up an order, and one of the chicken sandwiches came with no chicken. Bun, veggies and everything else, but no chicken. It's one thing to forget an item, but another thing to assemble the entire sandwich and pack it up without adding the chicken. They refunded me the sandwich which is a bare minimum courtesy, but I had to ask if they could offer me anything else for ruining my dinner. The lady on the phone said she'll write my name on a post it note to get a free sandwich, but who knows when I'll be back or if they'll even honor it. This was all on a Sunday afternoon and the place was dead, so no excuse for being busy here. For a restaurant called Chicken & The Pig, you'd hope that your sandwich would come with chicken!

That pulled pork tho
First time here, the chicken sandwich was good, the waffle fries were good too.
The shake that cost $6, it was delicious, the price was outrageous for such a small cup. I have never seen such a small shake served. I don’t believe the size was listed on the menu. They say come hungry, I would expect everything to be a good size.
Overall I enjoyed it. I would never order the shake for the size. Two of them would have been an average size, for $12 not worth it.

i’ve been going to this location pretty much since it’s been open. so far it’s the best chicken i’ve tried on the north shore and im so happy its here!!
i always come in and get the same thing, kids chicken strips tossed in buffalo. for the first time since coming here, i was charged 1.50 for tossing them in buffalo, .50 for bleu cheese, and an extra 2.50 for truffle fries (i asked if i could have no fries or pickles instead and she just said my only option was to upgrade the fries.) at no point did the staff explain to me that there would be all these upcharges.
if i had known before paying, i would have purchased the normal chicken strip basket for 12.50. That way i’d be getting more chicken and it would still literally cost the exact same as what i got, minus the truffle fries. It’s just ridiculous, not necessarily the upcharges but that combined with how it wasnt even explained to me. Sigh. What a waste of money.
the 3pieces of chicken i got was delicious as always, but not worth 12.50. the truffle fries were nothing special, and a small portion. i ended up throwing them away after a couple bites.
