Donuts are stale as a rock, taste like 3 days old. Employees are rude, will walk away from you and ignore you when you are inquiring about something. Refused me a refund when I did not want the stale donuts. I left them on the counter and walked out. Management does not seem to care either, as I inquired about my refund and still no response, this is 2 weeks later. Why do I have to give them any stars, they do not deserve any.

I know that everywhere prices are going up, but it’s unbelievable to that for 3 munchkins they charge $1.50 . I have ordered from other places $2 worth of munchkins and they’re usually about 10 of them. I don’t understand what’s the difference between this Dunkin’ Than the other ones ?♀️

Dunks is my every morning/afternoon place I go to before talking to anyway, I get my coffee and breakfast ??I live on E. Gloucester so I go to the E. Gloucester Dunks, and that Dunks run so smooth , but it's crazy because every Dunks in Gloucester is so clean and they Each served all there customers like each one that came in was treated like a King-Queen just came in..So nice

After reading the other reviews & realizing this is a different chick than the terrible one that worked there in the past I'm thinking the hiring manager should be fired!!! The chick behind the counter made my coffee incorrectly I went back in (this is after my husband went in & ordered after we drove through & waited in the drive-thru TWICE to have no one acknowledge us) cuz there was no caramel & whipped cream instead of cold foam, that they charge $.75 for. This is a $6 latte, I'd like it to be at least similar to what I order. I went in to ask for more caramel & if I could have cold foam instead of whipped cream. She insisted it was cold foam as if I dont drink it everyday. I told her it absolutely was not & she laughs & says you can go to another Dunks. So incredibly RUDE & clearly jst a miserable person. I have seriously never encountered anyone as ignorant as this in my life. I was really shocked. Like I thought she was joking. Once I realized she was serious my coffee fell over the counter ACCIDENTALLY of course, freak accident! This Dunks should really give their employees some training on how to make coffee & how to interact with paying customers cuz w people like these working there it'll be out of business in no time.

Very well run store, staffed by extremely nice people. Free wifi and comfy seats make it a great place to do homework or take my son for a donut fix.
