We had a 16th birthday on a Saturday afternoon; before the night rush. It was very well run! Service was great and the atmosphere was very calm! The cost of the afternoon package was extremely reasonable!

We did a corporate outing for 2 hours. We are a small HVAC company with 25 diverse employees. Not easy to gather this group for any occasion. We felt welcomed, received great service and the team had a really good time.

Came to Kings for a company outing, booked in advanced using the events team, and had two lanes reserved for 13 people. We had food brought out (pizza, wings, salad) and drink tabs to use at the bar. Fantastic service, all the staff were great and accommodating throughout and overall a huge success

We were there for my daughters birthday party and everything would have been perfect and a 5 star if it wasn't for the first impression. The hostess was not welcoming especially knowing we were there for a planned event. The lanes did not have the birthday girls name on the screen so there was nothing to show that it was her special day. Some other mishaps occured but I have to say that the manager and Nicole our waitress took responsibility and then were extremely diligent and professional to take care of everything and even go above and beyond to make things right. That was the icing on the cake because once we got settled, girls were playing and feed everything else ran super smooth and it was a great time for all. So thank you for everything, I would just suggest working on the first impression! I will certainly recommend others to book their next party at Kings in Dedham!

We hosted my daughter's 8th Birthday party at Kings in Dedham and it was a blast! The service and attentiveness we received by our party hostess was top notch. We highly recommend this venue to others hosting parties!

Kid-friendliness: The venue was perfect and accommodating for 25+ 7-8 years olds and parents for a party!

We held our daughter's 10th birthday party at Kings in Dedham. The booking process was easy, the lanes were ready when we arrived, the service was great (attentive but not overbearing), and the food was good. They made it easy! Would definitely recommend for kids interested in a bowling party.
