We had reservations for 12:30. We were seated immediately and waited about 10 minutes for a waiter to come and take our drink orders. When he came back with our drinks we put in our lunch order. Then we waited and waited and waited. Finally at 1:40, I spoke to the manager and told him we had no food. Tables of people who came in after us were served and left. He told me he would see about our food. He told me they were slammed and not to "be negative". Anyone would be negative after sitting there for over an hour and noone checking up on us or asking if we needed anything. Turns out our waiter(who never checked on us) was tending bar--and never put our order in. The manager acted defensive as if we shouldn't be complaining. I told him he should have more help on and he said there was enough help(???) The manager then said not to worry we'd get our food and he would comp it. We waited more than another half hour for our lunch. In the meantime we were never brought chips or anything to munch on while we waited and had been there for nearly 2 hours. We finally did get our food but the manager never came back. I ordered a roasted veggie sandwich but the veggies were raw but the sandwich was still tasty. The others said their food was okay.
I had been to LaGallina many times and the service and food was always good. Mistakes happen but more training is obviously needed. We should not have sat there or over an hour with the manager and servers walking by us seeing we had no food and nobody even once checking on us. We would have still been sitting there being ignored had I not spoken up.

Nice restaurant with nice decor but that was it. Had a reservation at 5:45pm on a Friday and it was not busy in the restaurant at all. Yet drinks and food took foreverrr to come out. Our waitress Melissa didn’t bother to check in to see how our food was or for drink refills. I had the gnocchi + winter pesto and it was extremely salty to the point that I was trying to remove as much sauce as I could from the gnocchi that were also extremely soft. I didn’t even need teeth to eat it. They also charged a 3% “optional kitchen fee” on our bill for what?? And if it’s “optional” then why do we have to pay it?!? Food and service were disappointing. Our first and likely last time.
Thought I wouldn't check the receipt? $100 bill came out to $140. This place is out here just adding costs onto the bill. Kitchen was slow. I'll be sure to go eat literally anywhere else. Clowns

Food was surprisingly below average. Hummus was chunky and had whole chickpeas added to it. Um, why? Short rib was overcooked. Margarita was terrible. Tasted like they use cheap sour mix. The pizza was decent but they missed my request for the honey to be on the side and not on the pizza. Everything about the food quality and the service just felt lazy. Definitely won’t go back

Witnessed what I assume to be the manager grab food in the open kitchen with his bare ungloved hands. I got sick after eating here. I do not trust the quality or preparation of this food.
Besides that the service was incredibly slow. I already had a bad feeling about this place and it proved to be true. Do not come here
