Ever since this place sold and changed ownership, it hasn’t been the same. The prices are outrageous and the food quality has dropped big time. The only thing that’s still great is the staff who have been there forever.
BEST FOOD EVER 😋😋😋 HATS OFF TO THE CHEF IN THERE. KATHY AT THE FRONT COUNTER IS AWESOME, I JUST LOVE HER AND THE DRIVERS ARE REALLY NICE THEY WOULD BRING MY FOOD ALL THE WAY TO MY DOOR AND MY APARTMENT IS/WAS DOWN A LONG HALLWAY. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS 😋
I ordered a roast beef sandwich and a ham and cheese sub. Two hours later I got a ham and cheese sub and a “roast beef sandwich” that was steak and cheese meat with some barbecue sauce instead of actual roast beef. It was unbelievably salty and disgusting. This was the most disappointing sandwich I have ever had. Kathy was understanding but that did not help with the problem at hand. Unfortunately not the first time I’ve had this problem with Lynnfield House.
I really hate to give a bad review. It’s the last thing I enjoy doing however, this was bad. I got the barbecue chicken pizza. The chicken was so dry. I just couldn’t eat it and it was a drizzle of barbecue sauce over it. No flavor dry chicken didn’t even eat the pizza. I also got a chicken Parmesan pasta over ziti, barely any chicken. It was awful. Barely a quarter cup of pasta sauce on it if that at all. When I opened it up, all the pasta was dry and stuck together, and there was a tiny little scoop in the middle of sauce again barely edible. I had to add my own jar sauce to it and still couldn’t eat it. The one thing that we did enjoy was the chicken wings, but that was it most likely will not eat here again especially for a meal that cost me over $60 . Giovanni‘s in Saugus will now be my go to place as it has been. Much better pasta all around. Much better quality and I get 3 meals out of one. Also it’s $10 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays Again I hate to leave a bad review. I’ve gone to Lynnfield House. My whole life. I stopped for a while cause I didn’t quite enjoy it anymore with the new ownership, then decided to try it again and was disappointed. I’ll stick with Giovanni’s
Real shame how far this place has fallen off since new ownership took over. Just not the same anymore.
Coming from NY my family hasn’t had good pizza in years, Lynnfield House of Pizza has the best pizza in this area and always goes above and beyond to serve any dietary restriction my family has. The service is top notch and they make you feel like family.

Power bowls are very good! They also have good Greek style pizza. The pizza is a 7.9

Ordered our food at 6:30PM. Will be ready at 7:00. Arrived at 7:03. Girl at counter says yup all set. I throw a few bucks in the tip bucket. Appears to be some confusion behind the counter. She says it will be ready in 7-8 minutes. I said it was supposed to be ready at 7. She says yup it’s going in now. No apology. I wanted to take my tip back. At 7:16 the woman behind the counter says all set. Sorry about the wait. Not the first time this has happened.

Everything, 15-20 min orders are really like 45-50, pizza is too greasy, I’ve never had a good experience with any order I’ve made unfortunately.
They have the best Steakbomb subs and one of our favorite pizza house. So glad it's in our neighborhood.
Our calzones had too much bread and not enough filling. And didn’t have my order right. Gave us a sub instead of a calzone and had to wait around for them to correct it while I had company back at home waiting and still had it wrong when I brought it home without any garlic on it. Not going back there when I have Giovanni’s right up the street. Lesson learned.
what a rip off. Called in to order two roast beef sandwiches. Got there for pickup and was shocked at the price of $37.00 for two sandwiches. Once I got home, which is 3 mins from the place, one sandwich was cold, which needed to be heated up, and the other was hot. I think they gave me a sandwich that was sitting there, but for $37, I will not return.
