Literally the RUDEST staff I’ve encountered in a long time. Walked in and greeted the girl behind the counter, who made eye contact with me then completely ignored me and started sweeping the floor for several minutes afterwards. Literally did not speak to me at all. Incredible!

Stopped for a couple of slices here! Served super quickly! Delicious! Nice service! Pizza 🍕 tastes Neapolitan! I preferred the Margarita to the Pepperoni! Fastest meal at Market Street! Prices are competitive! Plenty of parking!

Everything worked well.
Definitely giving their food and quality a four star!!!
It's really nice to have a quick served food place in such a beautiful mall! Their outside seating is perfect if weather permitting.
Won't complain about the service looking at the customer flow. They are doing their best.
Definitely recommend them!!!!

OTTO has great pizza and the staff are very kind. Pizza is good whether you’re looking for thin crust or a thicker crust they have it all. We have ordered take out lots of times from here and it’s fast and good. It is a little pricey but is worth it. Highly recommend!

Yesterday, I left a review of 3 stars because I felt the pizza toppings were very sparse and the salads were sparse as well. Today, I got a call from the manager who I felt was very stubborn, belligerent, robotic and did not take any accountability other than to say that she is a corporate store, they measure the toppings and that the Beverly store that I gave a five star review to over tops their pizzas. She was uncompromisable to hear that I was unsatisfied with the pizzas and salad. She did not like that. I compared her store to a franchisee OTTO in Beverly whose customer service and pizzas are stellar. I told her that how she was speaking to me is not how one retains a customer.
Going forward if you want fantastic pizza order pizza from OTTO in Beverly. Please note they have delicious gluten-free and vegan pizza.

First time trying Pizza here, I had a pepperoni thin crust and great taste

Surprisingly better than I thought it was going to be !

Thin crust pizza - the dough is tasteless - more like paper and the flavors on the pizzas were nothing to remember.
Service is non existent, not sure I would stop by again, my experience at Otto in Cambridge has been totally different than this.
Not recommended.

I really love Otto pizza, but lately they’re packing on the cheese way too much at this location. I ordered extra sauce for an extra charge and this is what I got. Looks like extra cheese, not sauce, to me. Not the first time this has happened. The GF pizza is already expensive, I don’t want to sound like a baby but please fix this. Thanks

I ordered delivery from Otto through Uber Eats and the driver never showed up. My app informed me he/she was 1/2 minutes away for a half hour. They never showed up and left my order outside. This was my first experience with Uber Eats and a very poor one. I will not recommend or use Uber Eats again.

The take out here is always excellent. Pizza is a change of pace than what is typical locally.

Pizza here is excellent. Very thin crust, no flop. Eight one.

Parking: If you park behind Burton's near the golf course, it's a short walk to this place.
