This is a great Panera Bread! I have eaten at many different Paneras and they all are notorious for messing up your order. Not this one!!! Everything was perfect and I will go back again.

Classic Panera with great quality food when compared to other Paneras in the Northshore area. We decided to try this Panera in Lynnfield after running some errands and we were impressed with the quality of both the service and the food. Our order tasted fresh and the people that work at this Panera were really friendly.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Panera Bread, and I have to give a special shout-out to the manager Yosuf. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and went out of his way to ensure my visit was top-notch. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and it was clear that Yosuf's attention to detail extends to the quality of the food as well. The service was prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I will definitely be returning to Panera Bread in the future, and I highly recommend trying the Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich. Five stars all around!!

I just ate here and I'm not shocked in the slightest about all of these reviews from teens calling the management bad... But not for the reasons you'd think. I was here for about an hour and a group of the most disrespectful teens were treating the place like a gym. Very loud and off-color conversations, which is what it is, but what was very annoying was how they were using the fire exit as a revolving door. It's November and getting very cold out. One girl was standing with the door wide open so she could bounce back and forth between talking to her friends inside and her friends outside. Although I was kind of hoping a manager would come out and deal with them, now I understand why they don't, because groups of teens and their friends leave mass 1-star reviews as a result of management holding them accountable. Hats off to the staff for being so patient!!

Went to order smoothies and waited 25 minutes. They made them and placed them on the counter without calling my name. When I went to check what was going on, the employees were laughing about it. I've never been to a panera with such horrible customer service. Smoothie were horrible,

June 28th Wow got a bravo club and it was horrible !What kind of place used the very top of the tomato on a sandwich? Greens were too bitter because they were put in top of the sandwich poorly, sloppy. Please take better if making sandwiches!! For Panera this is ridiculous. I could only eat the meat and cheese if the sandwich because everything all together left a very bad taste in my mouth. usually love their sandwiches. My dad just brought home a grilled cheese sandwich that wasn't grilled at all. The bread was soft and white, but the cheese was melted. I just grilled my own grilled cheese sandwich. Pathetic. Did you think we wouldn't notice? Are you really this lazy? I know this isn't up to Panera standards! The last two weeks I have eaten the avocado BLT and it was delicious. I WILL NEVER GET THE BLT AGAIN!! You buy a sandwich so you can just eat it when you get home. I had to actually grill my own grilled cheese sandwich. Ridiculous!! You guys are really slipping.
