This location sucks. They don’t use the shaker. They add ice first, then classic; how will it evenly distribute, it’s already stuck to the ice, by the time they don’t add the requested ingredients. And, can we mention the blonde lady, with the cream banana hair clip, (maybe glasses there were two yesterday, she was the older and taller one, of the two), the most condescending barista ever! I don’t get it! Imagine thinking you’re being funny, then I get hilarious, I’d be the bad guy! I haven’t even mentioned the trash, watered down, full cup of ice (although) I asked for light ice, nasty drinks they’re churning out. They survived because of the proximity, not the staff!

Leah, Liz and literally everyone who works at this location is awesome!!! I cannot say enough nice things about them. They consistently make 10/10 drinks on bar and have such positive attitudes. It’s always a pleasure to encounter these baristas each morning!

Shout out to one of the best Leah!! What a pleasant and knowledgeable young lady.. I couldn’t figure out a good iced matcha order and she had the perfect combo!! All I can say is I'm thankful we have Cafe Nero around here. NERO coffee tastes better and it's not as bitter. That's the only part of this review that is based on opinion. 90% of the Starbucks baristas don't know how to make espresso drinks properly. Everything comes out like an overly milky latte. I'm doing this review for this location, but the same is true for most locations. Every 1 in 10 they might get it right. Starbucks would consume far less dairy if they actually knew how to train all baristas to make espresso drinks the way they are supposed to be made. Regarding dairy....if the foam has lots of air bubbles, IT'S NOT whole milk. They are either fooling a lot of people or people just don't bother to deal with it. It makes a big difference in the drink taste and texture. I'm sure this has to do with laziness when they already have a pail with foamed 2% or skim. This also happens quite frequently. Starbucks broke ground and started a huge trend, but they are by no means at the top of quality and product. Unless you're more of a high calorie high sugar non-coffee person. The rest of the folks, do yourself a big favor and start going to Nero for your espresso drinks. And yes, although not the most important thing to me, Starbucks atmosphere is much colder and sterile feeling than Cafe Nero. Nero staff is always a much more pleasant human interaction as well.

I spoke to Sarah the manager she is an awful human being gave me a very big attitude. She promised to replace my drinks because she messed them up over the weekend and then she told me today that I had no proof and she can’t give me back my drinks that she had promised Without proof of purchased by offered to show her a transaction on my card She still declined and she gave me a huge attitude as if I were lying over drinks that were $20

Kind of scam this drink. I ordered no ice to have more drink. But either way now they gave me foam instead of ice to have less drink. Not all the Starbucks are like that. But this one is disappointing
