This Starbucks it's so dark inside that it looks like it's closed from the outside, especially at night if there are no customers inside. The service is always stellar.

Absolutely fantastic location. Honestly, I haven't been to a Starbucks where they wholeheartedly put their Star-Heart into the coffee. 10/10 service & 10/10 coffee from 10/10 people!

Tonight, I decided to get my favorite London Fog Latte. Unfortunately, I tried Starbucks at Market Street Lynnfield and was extremely disappointed. I requested extra foam and cinnamon powder. After I walked out the door and took a sip, I knew there was no cinnamon. When I went back and spoke with one of the baristas, she offered to make me another one. Nevertheless, it was worse than the first one. No foam at all it tasted like cinnamon in hot water. I also requested 2 shots of peppermint. I'm not sure where that was? I threw it out!!! It's a shame that's my favorite hangout. I love the atmosphere it's beautiful. Just go to a different Starbucks location and bring your favorite drink with you.

It’s frustrating that they claim to offer mobile orders but they’ll mark everything as out of stock on the app. However, if you walk in and wait in line all the items are there while dozens are “out of stock” in the app. I think the workers must do this to dissuade people from using the app and lighten their burden?

I really only go to this Starbucks because it's close and convenient but if you can go to a different one I would. They're almost always out of something, and I ordered the pumpkin bread today and they were too lazy to even take it out of the little plastic bag it comes in. There's been a handful of times where my order was made wrong and most of the women working are nice but there are a couple of really rude men working there. I understand that they get busy but they should be treating guests much nicer than they do.

This was the better of the 2 locations in lynnfield but this one has gone down hill in the past couple months too. Starbucks isn’t cheap and add ons aren’t cheap, the same baristas give me such a huffy attitude when it’s not made correctly so I hate even telling them. Today I waited an additional 15 minutes for my drink which I get bc it was busy but I was running after my 1 year the whole time since I planned on going in when my drink was estimated to be ready so I really couldn’t tell her she forgot things and have it fixed. It’s frustrating because we pay for things that we don’t get.. I don’t know if it’s not caring, laziness, not having certain flavors, drizzle near her and too busy but if that’s the case, still need to make it how it’s modified,, I worry about people with allergies and the lack of disregard these baristas have and the attitude needs to go, there would be no bringing back drinks in the first place if you just make it right, it’s an every morning daily occurrence so it’s not a one off issue .. retrain your employees or fix their attitudes

this place sucks, actually it sucks so bad. i literally asked for a bagel EXTRA TOASTED, the bagel i got hasn't even been toasted at all. i don't care it's just annoying, frick this place and the employee needs to learn how to toast a bagel lol like it's not that hard and it only takes like 2 minutes if someone ask for a extra toasted bagel why r u not even toasting it at all... whatever forgive and forget right, but yeah def don't come here it's icky and they don't know how to toast bagels apparently

If you can get to another location do so, the staff was rude and short with all the patrons. Not at all friendly or welcoming. Negative start to the day then need inservice!
