This place is an absolute joke when it comes to delivery. They never deliver to the right address (even though delivery instructions say hand to me), you can’t call if there’s a problem - only text, then these morons don’t answer the text. I’ll just buy a sub next time instead of a $35 salad

Absolutely worst customer service of any fast food restaurant. There is no option to call and speak to someone about an incorrect order. Only text but they don’t respond to the texts. I can understand mistakes happen but the inability to address them is inexcusable.

usually have an okay experience with sweetgreen, but today i got my bowl and ate half of it before realizing there was a large beetle in the salad. i’m seeing other reviews complain about worms, so now im freaking out about that… not even trying to leave a bad review out of anger i’m just scared.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Jazmin an employee was extremely disrespectful. I asked for the Herb chicken to be removed from my bowl after seeing the disappointing portion size. She rolled her eyes and from the beginning had attitude. The manager as well was unprofessional. I understand working at fast food can be a struggle but if you are that miserable then quit!

$20 for 90% lettuce and 10% tasteless, skimpy toppings. I had the Fish Taco salad. I tasted no fish, no sauce, no anything really. It tasted like cabbage topped with water. I ate the whole thing then went across the street and bought an actual meal. I'm about the opposite of a foodie so it's difficult to lowball my expectations. Sweetgreen pulled it off. I cannot think of anything positive about the place but a 95 lb vegan might.
