Update: I’m sorry but I drove around for 20 minutes in the mall parking lot trying to find the restaurant. The google pin is not correct. You tried to make me feel stupid by saying the address is the same as listed on google but that’s incorrect and it’s hurting your business.

They have $80 and I have nothing. That’s not Oki!
The OkiPoke in Westford would not honor an $80 gift card presented to them along with the receipt.
Their gift card system is a primitive one that relies on employees hand-writing notes to each other on a paper card. What happens if they say they can’t read the amount hand-written on the card? They keep the money and you get nothing!
I did not have the heart to tell the person who gave me this card that they just flushed $80 down the toilet. If you receive one of these certificates, you better treat it like your social security card! Laminate it, keep it safe from the wear and tear of a wallet, and make sure the employees who write on it have good pens and penmanship! Don’t give them any excuse to rip you off, because they’ll look for one!
