The manager here is extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude alone is enough to turn clients away the moment they walk in. She made the entire experience uncomfortable and honestly seems miserable to be in customer service at all. This place seriously needs a reality check when it comes to how they treat paying customers. I will not be returning.

Staff was nice and helpful. I was the only one in store and all flavor options were available. Once the family tried them we were not impressed with the taste. Visibly appealing but the flavors fell flat, not as bold as their names and some seemed greasy. Tried 6 and none were a try again. And VERY overpriced!

$10 for 2 donuts seems very steep. Their apple cider was so dry and lacked apple cider flavor. Their brown butter crueler was to die for. There were too many flavors to choose from that it was intimidating. Storefront is too small which doesn’t help when deciding.

Donuts didn’t taste bad but about an hour after eating them I had the worst stomach cramps that were radiating to my back. Also the morning after eating them my friend who ate them threw up.

It sounds like I am the odd man out in looking at others’ reviews, however, I am a huge fan of Union Square Donuts and am so pleased it is at Market Street.

As someone who loves donuts, and often seeks out donuts from a variety of stores, Union Sq has consistently been one of my top choices because of their unique flavors, consistent bakes, Vegan options, high quality coffee from Atomic, and friendly services.

Is it expensive? Sure! Is it a small store? Totally (if you think this one is small do not go to the Harvard Square location 😉). But since when did a couple bucks, unique flavors and a small store space get in the way of eating a donut? Life’s too short people! Can’t wait to return and love that I don’t need to drive into Boston to get my fix anymore.

Delicious vegan donuts. My only worry is that the space is too small and they won't be around long - I think a few different businesses have been run out of this spot and it seems claustrophobic. I'm not sure the donuts are made on-site.

Very nice workers. The donuts weren't actually very good, and for almost $5 per donut, that's inexcusable. Better than Dunks or Heavenly, but you can do much better.

We have got a few donuts here three different times. They have inventive varieties with complex flavor profiles which are not overly sweet which is great. The pecan pie donut was one of the best donuts I’ve ever had. Boston cream was dynamite too. You need to eat them within a day or they aren’t as good. So glad they came to town and they are comparable to Kane’s.

$53 dollars later and the donuts were SO underwhelming!!! I actually like Dunkin’s better. They may be smaller but they are far tastier than these. These donuts may look great but I’m sorry they were not good.

Tried 3 varieties but all were either stale or incredibly greasy.

it's basically a pop up shop that sells donuts obviously made somewhere else. very, very small inside hard to get in if even one person is inside. 5 stars for how nice the cashier in the Halloween make-up was. donuts are certainly better than most local other places. thank you!
