I had a really disappointing experience at Bam Bam. When I walked in, I greeted the staff member behind the counter — she didn’t respond or acknowledge me at all, just kept looking at her phone. When I asked if I could place an order, she said, ‘There’s a kiosk,’ with no eye contact or effort to help. I was surprised — I was standing right there, and a simple hello or basic courtesy would’ve gone a long way. I tried to use the kiosk, but honestly, the energy felt so unwelcoming that I lost interest and left. First impressions matter, and this one really missed the mark.

came back again i live in orlando florida and it was so good the second time around i got the garlic chicken burger and mann it hits and is great portion too you’ll be full trust me.. great place still wishing they open up in orlando or anywhere in Florida really. 9.8/10
