Went in to order the 2 Whopper Jr for $5. The girl taking my order had problems understanding English and called over another girl who messed up calling back and entering my order...so I just walked out rather than have to come back when they mess up my order

Always when I arrive at BK"S the employees are very casual and polite. They make the mood and the atmosphere in the restaurant very lacy daisy, no loud screaming, no pounding, no construction going on... Always an available booth to relax in. Not to mention very clean also, not only this stuff but the whole area is bustling. If u walk outside there r cars flying by, people screaming, businesses every direction , and a lot of industrial places but if u walk inside, NOTHING NOT A PEEP FROM OUR BEAUTIFUL LIFE AND THE WORLD WE LIVE IN. DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THAT CRAP. Plenty of parking out back, handicap parking everywhere, wheel chair ramps, and even handicap bathroom . These people know what they're doing, THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY RIGHT? THEY GOTTA BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT!!!
I go here because my kids like to play in the playground and now that it has been renovated it is perfect for them but the service is terrible depending on the cashier who serves you to order some reject the coupon offer and it is only here in this BK and only some cashiers not all. I always go to other BK and I have never had this type of problem even in other BK they accept up to 2-4 coupons without problem.

Went through the drive thru to pick up lunch for my wife and I. The manager has been here a number of years and was as pleasant as usual with her smile and demeanor.
Kid-friendliness: They have a play area for children, I used to bring the grandchildren here when they were much younger and smaller.
Terrible burgerking first I spent 30 dollars on delivery through the bk app for my food to be delivered to the wrong location. So I try to get a refund, to learn the process is through email and could take 2 or more days for response. Wack. So I order a smaller order for pick up at about 12:30 and arrive around 12:40, drivethrough closes at 1. When I arrived the drivethrough ordering thing was already turned off so I drove up to the window and waited to see anybody. I sat there for 30 minutes and was ignored and never served. i even called the store several times with no answer. I'm still in the drive through typing this. then i get a notification telling me my order is ready 30 minutes after they closed and i'm already home. I got done dirty twice in one night at the same BK that's a special kind of bad service. If you're thinking of ordering here I recommend the kfc or McDonald's up the street. Or make a lil bit more of a drive for Wendy's. This is definitely the fast food spot with the worst service on this street. Will not be returning
**Update, now i'm being told via email that i'm not being refunded for both my delivery that never arrived ($30+) and the pick they just never gave me ($22) absolutely terrible establishment**
**update I got all my money refunded, several days later, after submitting more than 15 refund submissions and harassing them through email**

So idk who's managing that place but they gotta teach this new worker how to treat a customer if I’m paying a good amount of money for the food, I’m allowed to have three or four barbecue package And not argue with the worker about barbecue packages like it’s 2024 when did we start paying for sauces
