Really sad that Lulu closed.. It's been our choice for a quick comfort meal, very friendly and quick service, good quality food, especially loved their beef chow fun, pork chops, french toast, 肉酱煎蛋炒é¥åº•, honey with ginger, ovaltine. Hope they reopen someday.
Great place to hug
It's funny how they demand tips for both take out and dine in(without service).
Cheap and tasty
Their service and drinks are wonderful! I love that they use real fruit and they are always super friendly and nice!
Spent $80.00 on food delivery and they did not give us any rice.
Ordered sesame chicken to go, food quality was below my expectation. There are better options in the area out you don't mind driving a little bit.
Currently eating salt and pepper squid with Chinese broccoli rice plate and crab rangoons. 5/5 gonna come back soon.
Lulu is the best, we live nearby and she's a go-to when we don't want to cook. Her food is solid and she makes lots of Hong Kong staples, like fish fillet with creamed corn. Her beef and eggplant is good, too. She may come off as abrupt or gruff to some people, but I appreciate her no-nonsense attitude. If you take the time to chat with her, you'll find she's very friendly and tells great stories.
Food was as expected and good. They forgot some of my soup and called me back at the exact moment I noticed to tell me they would refund me the difference.

Good place for low price food. quality is okie type.. they ask for tip without any service.
Serves a mix of real Chinese food and some Americanized. Rice plates are AMAZING.
Good food try the beef with egg sause feom chinese menu!
The owner didn't take my order correctly and got upset when I explained why, causing a scene.. extremely terrible service. I will not be returning here!
Be aware of that they charge 15% gratuity automatically. But on the recipe that they let you sign still shows the different percentage for tip. Also, the prices they charge don't match the menu, most of the things are $1-$2 more. Very dishonest. The couple who owns the place are rude. 10min before closing time they already started to kick us out. Service is lacking and had to ask for water myself, how dare them charge 15% gratuity. Food is not authentic and ingredients are cheap. The mushrooms were spoiled and the toast bread is cold. Clay pot dishes, rice is cooked separately with toppings, how's that clay pot rice anymore? Avoid, even Chinatown has better food than them.
