Good food but the service is slow, when the customer come for food they should get the service vey quit ?
Atmosphere is cozy and that's is where it ends. Food is inconsistent. Bread is poor quality. Coffee is good tasting . Service is awful here. The cook George spends more time relaxing than focusing on his job. Place is a dive. I do not recommend!

Customer service on a scale of 1-10 is maybe a 3,owner is lousy,food is awful,the owners think they are on the top of the world,they think they are the best in the community,which is a lie,best one so far is Highland Cuisine,they have a couple good people working there,but the owners better go to etiquette school to learn the basics of good customer service

As Haitians, we need to represent our people way much better. I called in advance to order my food. I asked the person I spoke to, when can I come to pick up the food? She had the nerve to tell me right now and I still stood for 30 minutes. There was no need for me to call ahead if I was going to wait for the food or at least tell the truth. Please learn to value people’s time. We are the only one who doesn’t respect people’s time and money.

Worst customer service ever,they don’t know how to talk to people.I went there with a friend of mine today 7/18/023 around 4pm,my friend doesn’t speak Creole,they were making fun of him like he was pretending he couldn’t speak Creole.Just because someone is black that doesn’t mean that they are Haitan .Very ignorant
