I placed a to go order at the counter. Before i could pay the guy he straight up walked away and deserted me with out saying when he’d be back. I waited for his return but nothing. For all i knew my food was not being prepaired. I became impatient amd left the store. When i returned the guy told me the food wasnt ready yet and that i had to wait an aditional 15 minites now. First he deserts me amd them he delayed. Slow and inconsiderate service.
Had dinner tonight with my son who asked me to find a place to have middle eastern food, and Google recommended Darna. I had mixed grill which had 3 different types of meats, brown wild rice and a couple of vegetables. My son had Chicken Shawarma. We were both happy with the meals and would recommend. Informal dining floor, pay then eat style. In a part of Malden that is exploding with great food options. Enjoy exploring!
We live hereby and come here often -- the food is always good and the owner is very nice! Everything is made to order (which, yes, means you have to wait a little bit) -- it's well worth it and the portions are large!
