I placed an order for a family who just experienced the loss of their father. I went to their website placed the order ($80) and followed up with a phone call to the restaurant to make sure they received it. I checked in with The family the following day who said they never received the food. I called the dockside and they told me that they went through DoorDash who said they couldn't deliver it and retuned the food so I would have to go through DoorDash to get my money back. I explained that I went to their website, spoke to their manager, I did not go through DoorDash. They explained again that that's who they use to deliver their food and I would have to go to DoorDash to get my money back. I said again I ordered through you on YOUR website and spoke to YOUR staff and if YOU use a third-party to deliver YOUR food that Dockside should reimburse me and they should go through DoorDash to recover any money lost. After 30 minutes on the phone the manager said they would contact the owner and he would get back to me. It is now three days and no one has returned a call. I didn't even get a store credit. Terrible business practice all around and i would never go to their restaurant Regardless of how their food tasted. The owner should be embarrassed!

I have been going to the Dockside for years and have always enjoyed my time there. The staff is great, particularly the Bartenders on Friday nights. I typically frequent the Bar on Friday nights for Musical Bingo. Yolanda and Carl are the best. They always make me feel so comfortable and at home. They always greet me by name the minute I sit down and then always find a few minutes even when busy to ask how i'm doing and catch up a little. They make me feel so comfortable that i've even frequented this bar by myself because I know they'll be there. The food is great especially on Friday nights. I've tried many dishes on the menu and haven't had any complaints so far. I do wish the menu didn't change so often. Sometimes i've gone there and noticed that something I had a few weeks ago has been removed and I was really looking forward to having it again. Definitely a place I will continue to frequent. I've even introduced friends to this place.

I went here with wife to have a few beers and boneless buffalo chicken and I never got a potation Like that any where it was not worth the money , for the boneless buffalo chicken I will not go there again for buffalo wings

I've been coming to this places for a few years now since I moved to the area. I usually sit at the bar so I would say that it's a great place to have a few beers and watch a game. The bartender I had on my last visit was super friendly and the service was great. Lots of TV's and I believe they have the NFL and MLB package as which is great for a fan of an out of market team. The beers are cold/great and the food is decent depending on what you get. They had music bingo the last time I was there with a variety of music, not just one type which was fun.
This place was awesome at the turn of the century. Now it’s overpriced hospital food for people who can’t afford the copay, with its genetic cookie cutter menu that doesn’t set it apart from anywhere else, with bartenders who are also blatantly hammered whenever I’m there, with little regard for their customers. What a fall from grace for this place.

Casual atmosphere, daily specials, fantastic food and a nice selection of draft beers. Prices are reasonable and the portions on the plates you receive are generous! This is my very first lobster roll and all the locals told me it was one of the best they have seen - and for me, it was fantastic! Attentive waitstaff handled our six person party without a worry. Just a great experience all around!

I've ordered takeout here many times and the food has always been great. Tonight's order was very disappointing. The sides with our sandwiches were wrong, they forgot a soup we ordered (though after being told by an employee they couldn't redeliver it, oddly since our order was delivered, the manager actually delivered it herself), and the pretzel sticks were just cut up grocery store style Super Pretzels that looked nothing like the photo in the menu and were rubbery. I don't know if somebody there was having an off day, and as much as I appreciate the manager taking the time to deliver the missing item, this definitely wasn't one of my best experiences with the restaurant. Attached are the menu photo of the $10 pretzels and what I received.
