They always do something wrong. They never want to fix what they did wrong. They always make excuses. And the pizza always arrives cold. We will never order from them again. Domino's in Malden is the worst.

This dominos is the new and improved store in Malden (The same street just different location across from MPD). Staff is friendly and mostly young people. The gentleman that came today to deliver my pizza was nice and I appreciate that he walked up the stairs with a smile to hand me my pizza! I usually order online but often forget they have seating inside as well as chairs and tables outside. You can track your order online and also remember to specify your order in the extra details section.

Waited an hour and a half for my food, every time I asked how much longer I got the same answer 15 minutes, wanted a refund because I have work tommorow and I’m not waiting until midnight to eat a pizza, and was told I can’t get my money back! Great experience if being hungry is your thing.

I have no complaints about the food they sent me, but I do have complaints about the delivery people. They think we're obligated to give extra tips out of the order. They called me ignorantly asking if I wasn't going to come down to give the tips, I always include the tips in the order. Very clueless. Improve, you're not working for free.

The place was clean, but the service was terrible, firstly, the staff was rude, and yelled at us, saying that it was our fault we placed the order differently. Second, they mixed up our pizzas and gave us a meat pizza when we asked for veggie. Lastly, they lied to us, saying that our order wasn’t placed when it actually was, and they made our order last when the tracker said our order was done. We got our food 30 minutes late, which is unacceptable. If I were you, I wouldn’t order from here, unless you’re okay with getting yelled at and getting your food extremely late. We’ve been ordering from here for a while, but this is the first time this has happened, and we will not take this behavior.
