Egg rolls were cold as if they came out of a refrigerator and the "grilled" chicken was clearly just microwaved rotisserie chicken. I didn't even finish it and I want my money back.
If you go here I'd suggest getting a sandwich.

Food 5 stars.. price 10 stars… u can’t beat it. Quick excellent service from the lady in front! The food tastes great, I eat out here at least once a week if not twice a week.. you save so much money going here.. the shop is very clean and they have a counter where you can eat quick if you need to.. they have excellent viet desserts and have the best rice plates and banh mi… I highly recommend this place for your sandwiches!

The banh mi is our all-time favorite. The price is cheaper compared to the same size and ingredients you’d get in Chinatown or other places. Their spicy beef noodle is very good too, closely resembling the authentic taste. Their prices are unbeatable in the area, and the food quality is excellent. The lady who owns this store is very friendly and kind when responding to our specific requests for certain dishes. This place is small and not particularly spacious, so it’s better to have it delivered or get it to go. Curbside parking is difficult sometimes , so it's better to park at Walgreens or near by and walk over

The Vietnamese sandwiches (bánh mì) are very tasty here. There are so many options to choose from. The grilled pork sandwich is our kids' favorite. Grilled chicken sandwich is somewhat spicy. Besides the sandwiches, there are also wide variety of noodle soups, rice dish, desserts, snacks, milk tea, and smoothies. The owner is super nice, and the price is extremely reasonable, compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. This place is mainly for takeout, with a small bar along with 3 stools for a quick sitdown and leave.

The banh mi were great, but the egg rolls we received were ice cold. It wasn't a delivery problem as other items in the order were fine. They were clearly precooked and taken straight out of the fridge and bagged. Do not recommend. But still a good banh mi.

NOW WITH SEATING (height bar)! There’s now about three or four stools at the corner counter! Conveniently located, generous prices, and you will be warmly welcomed if you’re a regular. They can make a tofu banh mi as well. Recommend their strong iced coffee and bbq pork/chicken. Good people. Hope this spot stays around for a while.

My weekend, comfy lunch place. Take out only, no seating area. The sandwiches are phenomenal, BBQ chicken, beef, pork….never had failed me. There’s also veggie option, which is tofu sandwiches. Definitely worth a try if you are nearby
One stop Vietnamese shop! Whether you wanna chug a strong iced coffee or get the cafe du monde / condensed milk to make it at home or hungry for a extra filled Banh Mi. They can make it happen. Theres more offerings like sweet treats and Chả lụa (sausage pork roll) in the fridges too. tasty!
