We purchase hash browns today and it's obvious that they were cooked in old burnt oil. They were inedible. Also, the coffee tasted like it had been sitting around for quite a while. I would never go back to this place.

Wanted to leave a review after consistently getting exceptional service and the food and drinks actually made the right way. Always good. Willing to go out of my way to travel further to this one because of it compared to others closer to my home. Whatever this team is doing should be copied at other locations. Not enough chairs inside though.

Hey, I’ve noticed that when I’m at the drive-through and I ask about something, it’s super hard to understand what they’re saying. It feels like they’re in a hurry, and when I finally get my order, it turns out some of the ingredients are allergens. Thanks a bunch, Dunkin’!

The overnight worker with the yellow vest needs a raise! He goes above and beyond. Never gets the order wrong and makes sure it’s accurate every single time. I drive to Malden just so he can make my coffee.

So I only usually grab coffee, and maybe a donut. Jelly donuts have no jelly and other donuts are just either small and haahhd, but the manager is a good guy, known him since he was next to the train at malden station. Great guy. But jelly donuts have a lot of work needed, well I guess just add 2-3× as much jelly as is in there now. But market basket is the spot for donuts, 3x the size of any dunks, and $1 and change. But good people
The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly. The manager also serves the customers himself and keeps order. Respect to him. Only frustrating is the inaccessibility of the restroom for customers (only for employees). Therefore 4 stars.
This place is awesome especially the afternoon crew the Manissa ,Manu, Kashis ,Moriom, Manny jo jo and rest of crew there do great customer service always with a smile it's my go to place thank you Dunkin'

A big smoothie in the summer is really enjoyable. It is also very happy to walk into the store and have hot coffee and donuts in winter.
