The overnight worker with the yellow vest needs a raise! He goes above and beyond. Never gets the order wrong and makes sure it’s accurate every single time. I drive to Malden just so he can make my coffee.

So I only usually grab coffee, and maybe a donut. Jelly donuts have no jelly and other donuts are just either small and haahhd, but the manager is a good guy, known him since he was next to the train at malden station. Great guy. But jelly donuts have a lot of work needed, well I guess just add 2-3× as much jelly as is in there now. But market basket is the spot for donuts, 3x the size of any dunks, and $1 and change. But good people
The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly. The manager also serves the customers himself and keeps order. Respect to him. Only frustrating is the inaccessibility of the restroom for customers (only for employees). Therefore 4 stars.

Wow i was only me at the window that is not crazy or a kind of descrminations so bad i will try to reach discret manager to complain about it thanks

Located in Malden, this is a 24-hour donut chain. The donuts come in a variety of flavors and are sweet and delicious. The coffee is cold and delicious, and the smoothies are sweet and delicious. A big smoothie in the summer is really enjoyable. It is also very happy to walk into the store and have hot coffee and donuts in winter.

This dunks location is the worst in Malden. Two times in a row I wanted something that was clearly listed on the menu and they didn't have it. First time i wanted green iced tea and i was told they didnt have any so i got regular iced tea. Second time i wanted the cinnamon vanilla coffee i was told they don't have the vanilla or cinnamon, so I asked for Carmel instead I was told they don't have it. This location used to be my go to dunks not sure if its new management or what. Very rude customer service
