My husband stop by the Dunkin' Donuts every morning to get me my favorite iced coffee. The medium iced coffee is not exactly cheap for me to receive every time the wrong coffee. Your staff should be listening better to the customer for the order

I bought two boxes with 12 donuts of the same flavor, when I got home they hadn't put any of the 24 donuts of the flavor I ordered, and they didn't even ask me which flavor I would like, they simply put what they thought, staff unprepared to serve the public, horrible service , the donuts were dented and looked quite ugly.
I've been going to this location my entire life. Within the past 3 years they've changed management. I'm tired of you guys giving me expired cream, watered down coffee, expired almond milk and expired matcha powder. Skip this location. Your paying full price just to get food poisoning.

I sat in the morning drive threw I go there every morning, I guess I ordered through the other Dunkins in Malden which is fine it happens, but instead of telling me the lady over the mic confirmed my order was there, my name is Jonathan not Rebecca. I’m not sure how you mix that up. And she says mobile order Rebecca nooo I said Jonathan.no I don’t have your order.. I just waiting in this line for 10* minutes for nothing thanks.

Don't even bother. Every shift I go the screw up royally. So aggravating because usually you end up buying another coffee further down eastern Ave because they have messed up up multiple go
