I've been going to this location my entire life. Within the past 3 years they've changed management. I'm tired of you guys giving me expired cream, watered down coffee, expired almond milk and expired matcha powder. Skip this location. Your paying full price just to get food poisoning.

I sat in the morning drive threw I go there every morning, I guess I ordered through the other Dunkins in Malden which is fine it happens, but instead of telling me the lady over the mic confirmed my order was there, my name is Jonathan not Rebecca. I’m not sure how you mix that up. And she says mobile order Rebecca nooo I said Jonathan.no I don’t have your order.. I just waiting in this line for 10* minutes for nothing thanks.

I use to love Dunks more than anything, but most of them, sadly like this one, are going down hill. Ordered two bacons egg and cheese, side of hash browns, some munchkins and hot chocolate for me and my little. Why is it I only got one sandwich that was cold yet greasy, and hash browns that were to greasy to even wanna try honestly. Luckily my little one had munchkins left but still this is so disappointing

Bought a toasted plain bagel at around 5pm. The bagel was hard like a rock and not edible. The ice tea was dark like a black coffee.

I just placed an ordered online. During pickup stuff rude and not very friendly at all. The avocado toast bread is not toasted. Stuff are Snobby when you asked question.
Being a Bostonian.. Dunks is my life.. I m now a Cold brew with cold foam .. but I started with Hot chocolate or tea with milk and sugar.. My favorite was always powder donuts but now I’m older I live there food from there little hash browns to there sandwiches the way they grew So did I.. Dunkin’ Donuts is always the Best.

It is a small Dunkin' after remodeling and taking some of the coffee store dowm.Vegetarian options: I think Dunkin has choices for Vegetarian foods as well as creams like Coconut cream.Kid-friendliness: There is a menu for children.Parking: There is parking and a handicapped parking space in front of Dunkin and more parking off to the side.Wheelchair accessibility: Dunkin is wheelchair friendly with a ramp to the store and the store is all one level.

They were all taking care of the drive-through orders and the mobile orders when you go in to order you had to wait a long time they should have somebody specifically doing in store orders mobile orders and drive-thru orders
