It's Dunkin Donuts. What more can I say? The coffee is great whether it's hot or iced. I love the egg and cheese sandwiches and the service is always really fast. I like how clean this particular store is whenever I go there.

The Boston kreme and the coffee roll were alright, but me and my friends were standing there for 20 minutes waiting for our items and when we went up to the worker to ask for our items they accused me and my friends of stealing we tried to prove we didn't but my friend who paid threw away the receipt and then the owners checked the camera which took forever and we never got out ham and cheese stuffer. If you want dunkin go to another location.

Dunkins on Eastern Ave in Malden has the BEST service. The manager is great and he is the employees and gives them great directions.

Had lunch at New York Pizza across the street but the bathroom was "out of order", and told me to use the one at Dunkin. Came here with a courtesy purchase of two coffees, then was told the bathroom was "out of order", and told me to use it at another store. - Don't go to Malden Center, all bathrooms are "out of order"! They don't deserve to have any business.
