They don’t know how to make coffee what’s up with that ? Simple when you ask for it a way it shouldn’t be hard to do it but it’s like they give it the way they want to . If they don’t like their jobs there’s others who would do it instead vent over

Used to frequent this Dunkin quite a bit before they hired this one woman that works exclusively the register. I have had 5 orders where it has been incorrectly put into the register by HER specifically. Today I decided to try them again and it was the last straw for me. I saw the price was a bit more than usual. I ask her to check to make sure it was right(I recite the order 2-3 times, a small iced coffee and a donut) she insists that I’m short so I pay the rest. After paying I get the receipt, she put in 2 donuts when I ordered one. Never in my life have I waited for a 1.59$ refund but there I was. The complete lack of effort from the employee to figure out what might be wrong is a direct reflection of what managements standards are for their employees. She quite literally screwed it up and then just stood back and waited for her coworkers to pick up her mistake. If you need Dunkin I implore you to go to ANY other Dunkin in Malden. There is Charles street inside the stop n shop, the eastern ave Dunkin’s(personal favorite), Malden square Dunkin and the plaza Dunkin, all less than a mile away. If this is the result of a language barrier, I highly recommend you put someone at the register that can at least use basic human communication and pick up on social queues instead of someone that has less processing power than a doorknob. The lack of English isn’t the problem, it’s the attitude. Manager at the time wasn’t much better, probably what enables these poor performers. They have to look at the staffing of this place because I counted at least 4-5 idle workers all observing and not one stepping in as well. Place is bleeding money left and right. DISGRACE

I brought a large hot coffee with 4 cream,4 caramel and 2 vanilla swift..The coffee had no taste because the guy didn't belly add those things to the coffee. I couldn't even drink it.

I would give this a zero if I could, I walked in used a coupon for a free coffee on my reward and she took my phone and used my points to buy the coffee, which is equivalent to a lot of money. Thanks to this place I lost money.

FOOD WAS STILL UNDERCOOKED! I dont know how it's even possible with pre-prepared food, but my everyday sandwich and egg bites were undercooked here. The owners were extremely rude. They charged me for water and would not refill the napkins. I asked to use the bathroom and they said no. Overall, a horrible experience. I wouldn't nit have even given 1 star

Food is significantly worse (even a fresh sandwich is not crunchy, marginally wet) than in other branches, toilet is not working (or they just don’t want to clean it, not sure), tables are dirty, they don’t provide free glass of water.

They made my drink way too sweet. I didn’t complain about it, but simply asked nicely for a cup of ice so I could make it less sweet myself. However, they refused. There are plenty of other locations with better service, so I suggest trying other places if you’re reading this review.

It has public parking and public toilets and closes at 7 pm from Monday to Friday. I recommend good service.
