Ordered two glazed sticks and got two completely wrong donuts. They don't even have icing?! I took one bite to give it a shot and it was AWFUL. What is Dunks doing?

Rude leadership within the building. They must have a different corporate than the rest of the other 25+ locations surround considering they’re answer to normal questions like extra sugar “isn’t allowed by corporate”. What a joke of leadership to someone who frequented the location to someone who’s never going back.

I did a mobile order and wanted to try the new Berry refresher that the dunkings collabed on, and I go to the window to pick it up and the kid tells me they have no refreshers. I was like "okay I'll just get a refund then" not upset. And then the manager comes over visibly annoyed and then tried to give me a refund on my app but it didn't work so he gave me cash. I took the money and was about to leave and he says "why did you order that?" And I was like "Order what? The refresher? Because it's on the app and I wanted to try it" and he was like "we don't have that and I've never heard of it" like he was mad at me and I was like "it's from the Super Bowl commercial? It's a new drink that all the stores should have right now, specially if I can order it on the app" and he was like "no it's not" and I was like "???then talk to your manager because you'll be doing refunds all day" and he was like "I am the manager and I'll just take it off the app" and I was like "alright it's not my fault you didn't do your job right" and he was like "I did do my job right, I never heard anything about this, it's not my fault" and I was like "okay..." and drove off. I called dunkin customer service and they gave me free points on the app and apologized because I was right and said they'd be contacting him.I was a regular at this store and won’t be coming back. The manager doesn’t deserve my money. To question why I ordered a drink on their menu is crazy.

Hello, today I went as usual to place my order and a useless man treated me like an animal when I arrived at the window I only asked a question about the hash brown that it did come with jalapeño and he told me that you can't talk at the window let me tell you what The customer always has the right to what he is going to buy and that guy, I don't know what his name is, but here Anthony showed up, tell him to have more education to receive his customer, that this is a lack of respect, treating customers like animals, and more I'm going every day
